The couple that own it are very friendly & helpful I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

comfortable, friendly and good value for money

Friendly owners, made to feel welcome. They had a major water leak at the end of our stay, which did not affect us, but they remained friendly and professional throughout, even though they must have been so stressed with the whole situation. Would reccommend this property and will be staying again.

An old fashioned home with lovely husband & wife team . You stay in their home. At breakfast, Help yourself and most things you like were provided :)

Only 1 loo for potentially 7 people .

Great value for money, comfortable and warm.

The facilities in the room were excellent - TV, fridge, Wi-Fi, writing desk. I had full use of their kitchen which was great. Andy and Debbie were really helpful.

Good value for money. Free parking and near to Hamble.

Heating didn't go on until 06:30 so the breakfast room was pretty chilly.

everything was great. my room was roasting when I went it but turned the radiator off and slept ok. soft mattress but still quite comfortable

The week felt so lovely and relaxing because the environment and hosts are amazing.

The hosts are amazing and we enjoyed our stay with them. Nice breakfast and heating. Wish we could stay longer..so lovely

A home away from home

Immediately felt welcome and at home. The property was well kept and clean to a tee. Food was at an abundance which was a bonus and the breakfast spread was appreciated: )

Excellent overnight experience.

Andy and Debbie and their little dogs Zeva and Myrtle were wonderful. It was a unique experience to be in an real English home and to have the option to pre-order a home cooked meal which also was tasty and nice. The rooms were very comfortable and they went out of their way to provide gluten and dairy free options for one of our sons. Awesome hosts.

Debbie and her husband were very friendly

2 dogs in the house. Located directly on the main street. So very loud. Breakfast only cereal and toast. Instant coffee only.
