Best Hotel In Town

We always stay at Hotel Ciudad de David when we are traveling out of the country. The place is clean, wonderful staff,the restaurant has great options and you can't beat the shuttle to the airport.

Gorgeous hotel great staff fabulous location. Rafael is a great host. High five to him.

It was clean

Breakfast was amazing. Great variety, But lunch and dinner menu not so good. We didn’t enjoy lunch or dinner. The meals lacked our desired flavor or came out cold.

Very centric location, all crew members were very responsive and customer obsses. Room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

The pool area need a bit of attention by keeping the sitting area clean, and maybe a waiter to come around now and then for attendance. However, the pool was clean.

Make sure there isn't an even with live music going on under your room

Nice clean rooms. We ordered the Jr. Suit with was nice, high ceilings and spacious. With robes and slippers

There was an event with live music right below our Jr Suit it was 10pm at night. Long story made short, we asked to move rooms due to the noise. Unfortunately when they moved our room to a different one it wasn't a Jr. Suit which, how ridiculous....we pay for a Jr. Suit and because of noise too loud they didn't upgrade us or keep the same quality room, they downgraded us to a smaller room which was not a Jr. Suit. The new room still had a king bed and was quite but the principle is that I paid for a larger more luxurious room and eneded up in a normal room.

Very good

Amazingly comfortable for a stopover in Panama. Breakfast was superb and complete. Beds were heavenly Personnel was lovely, good vibe in the bar. Walking distance of busstation

Swimming pool facing north, never in the sun....and gym was very basic. Don't expect a fully stocked gym.

Great stay

We've had an update and stayed in the junior suite. The room was amazing! Good beds, nice view, clean and the hotel was for us (near to the bus station) on a good location.

It was a pity that the swimming pool was located in the shade when we arrived in the afternoon and the water was cold.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was very good - spacious, huge and very comfortable bed. The secure parking was free, the breakfast was very good and we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was also very good.

Wonderful and relaxing stay.

If you find yourself needing to stay a night or two in David, you can't go wrong with this hotel. It's modern and very well run. Rooms are spacious and quiet and beds are comfortable. Very well equipped bathrooms with nice products. Front desk staff are English speaking, pleasant and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet is outstanding!

VERY PLEASED WITH WITH MY STAY & WILL BE BACK!

*The breakfast was exceptional! Could not ask for more or better! I would rate it a 10! *The restaurant staff went above and beyond my expectations! *The cleanliness of the room was also exceptional & having daily room cleaning service was a PLUS! *I had a small problem with the room refrigerator & after a 5min call, maintenance came quickly and solved the problem! * Had a great view from my room! *****VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!! WILL RECOMMEND HOTEL DAVID TO MY FRIENDS!!
