I moved here when another hostel felt a bit weird, and it was such a relief to arrive. Really bright and airy with a nice terrace, helpful staff and tour desk, and comfy rooms that felt safe. Good location and generally a nice vibe.

The staff were nice and helped us get a fan for our room no.9, otherwise there was hardly any ventilation as the only window available opens up to face another room/door and walkway. We didnt request for a change of room which could mean climbing more steps and lugging our heavy luggage. We love the rooftop breakfast area and the free coffee. We think this place is great for backpackers though.
Bathroom was really small. Any fatter, we wont fit in. No bathmat. As mentioned above, the windows open up to the walkway and another bedroom. Worse of all, there is a long flight of stairs to climb up with our heavy luggage.

it had lots of plants which made it look more cozy and friendly, it was clean and it had really nice natural light
it had lots of stairs, my mom has arthritis and she had to put extra efforts to go up and down throught the whole facility, also it would be really good if the people attending would know a little bit of english: I'm a native spanish speaker from Perú but I saw multiple times that the forgeiners didn't knew what some things on the menu of the facilities meant and the staff didn't knew how to manage it because they didn't knew english :(

We loved the helpfulness if the staff and the comfort of the bed! They had a fantastic hot shower to! They also left me a person letter on my bed. So kind and thoughtful.

The terrace is beautiful and the location is great.
The WiFi signal was almost inexistant in our room, and the "mountain view" was actually a window on the corridor, which meant very little intimacy.

Absolutely fab location, great free breakfast and bar/restaurant on the rooftop. Very comfortable beds in a great size bedroom with great bathrooms. Rooms were very clean.
Wi-Fi didn’t reach to our room which was a bit annoying as we had no Wi-Fi in there the whole time, there was also a strange smell in the bathroom.

Great place - good rooms, amazing location, nice rooftop bar where you can hang out without buying anything if you like.
Not all the breakfast options were available when we were there 😔

The position of the room number 8.
Near the reception, lot of noise all night long for 3 nights. Asked to change next day, but was impossible.

The rooftop is awesome to watch the sunset and beautiful view of Arequipa.
The place is cute and close to Plaza de Armas.
They can keep your luggage while you are doing the Colca tour.
Noisy as it is close to a lot of bars and party places.

The staff is really helpful and nice, and the colca canyon 2 day 1 night guided tour exceeded our expectation, and Victor is a very good guide! It was quite clean, and the breakfast is alright for the price. The view of the landscape and the location of the hostel are great.
The twin bed room is simply TOO SMALL. We can barely walk around, not to mention open our luggage. The balcony is disappointing, because instead of a private balcony, it was just a corridor that connects your room to the rest of the hostel. The nearby bars were also blasting music all night, and it was very disturbing. Our room was on the third floor, and the stairs were very steep, luckily the staff helped us to carry our luggage but it was really inconvenient.

The room and the terrace
The breakfast and the noise around the area.
In the breakfast you were not able to choose what you want and if you want milk you have to pay it extra. The fruit was a very little portion, and if you wanted more you also have to pay extra

Central location so can walk to restaurants. Allowed us to check into the room early. Room service food was good value. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the pisco sour class at the hotel bar. Good value for money.
At the weekend the taxi's outside the hotel were using the horn from 5am, very annoying. If you can ask for a room away from the road do that. They do provide shutters on the windows and ear plugs but unfortunately the taxi horns are extremely annoying. The breakfast was average, the server not the best as items weren't given to us.

Great location
Friendly and helpful staff
Very noisy neighborhood - we had to wake up before 3am to catch a bus and the party at the bar across the street was still playing loud music (and it wasn’t weekend). We felt like we were at the party - no sleep at all even though the staff provided earplugs.

Great location for exploring the city. Smart TV. Nice staff. Good view from the rooftop bar. It was good value for a double room.
A lot of hair on the floor of my room from previous person, but was swept up when I asked at reception. The worst shower and absolutely tiny, but you can manage. Breakfast wasn't very nice and finishes at 8.30am.
