Extrem loud bar near the hotel
This is the feedback from my colleague: It seems it belongs to an owner/ organizations, who seems to own all the hotels in this small district. Therefore, the district is safe and clean, and with some restaurants and bars Free room upgrade
This is the feedback from my colleague: It was too loud because outside this district there is an open air bar/ restaurant, which plays at least 3 days a week loud music from 2pm- ~2am. They do not belong to the hotel chain, and it seems nobody can do anything against them. The music is very loud, so sleeping is an issue, but also working in your room during the day. I could only bear my stay because I had good earplugs. The furniture is old.

Extrem loud bar near the hotel and rude staff
It seems it belongs to an owner/ organizations, who seems to own all the hotels in this small district. Therefore, the district is safe and clean, and with some restaurants and bars Free room upgrade
I would not recommend this hotel at all. First problem: It was too loud because outside this district there is an open air bar/ restaurant, which plays at least 3 days a week loud music from 2pm- ~2am. They do not belong to the hotel chain, and it seems nobody can do anything against them. The music is very loud, so sleeping is an issue, but also working in your room during the day. I could only bear my stay because I had good earplugs. After some nights, I changed my room to the other side of the hotel, where it was less noisy. The hotel staff and security were, in general, helpful but did not smile once in ~7 days. I had two people visiting me and the staff were very rude. The first person was followed by the parking garage security until the lobby, and the person felt very unwelcome and wanted to leave. Then, I arrived in a car with a female business contact of me, and we wanted to park in the garage because we wanted to eat in front of the hotel. We asked if we could park there and the first thing the security guard says that we are not allowed to into my room, in a very harsh and direct way. Luckily, my contact was relaxed and laughed it off. The staff seems untrained and unprofessional in their behaviour against visitors. The breakfast is good, but it is dark and so cold in the room that you need a sweater. I was sitting outside, but the outside TV was running the whole time with English series/ soccer games. The staff told me, that they were not allowed to turn it off, although I was alone outside. They do not have a kettle in their suits, if you want to make a tea and their coffee machines were not cleaned properly. Also, the suites have a big balcony each, but no furniture at all to sit and relax outside.

Bittersweet.
very clean.
The front desk personal. I invited some family over since I came to visit them from the US but they didn’t let me take them to the room. I had to pay $30 additional to just have one person going to the room with me to help me get the gift I have brought them. This is very unacceptable, I felt that they were taking advantage of me since I came from the US.
