La chambre sent la cigarette Énormément de personnes fument devant les chambres , et pas que la cigarette ....! Prise de tête avec la chambre voisine qui a fait au moins 50 aller-retour dans la chambre en claquant la porte jusqu'à 4h du matin ! Impossible de dormir ,malgré avoir précisé aux personnes qu'un bébé dormait dans notre chambre Ces personnes avait un gros chien qui a pleurer à 3h du matin dans le couloir qui dessert les 2 chambres et à même aboyer Aucun respect Par chance la literie était propre mais le reste limite La clim fait un bruit énorme et sent également la cigarette quand elle fonctionne A fuir même si c'est pour du dépannage, vraiment !!!!!!

Une prestation catastrophique et navrante de l'hôtelier !!!

L'accueil du pauvre réceptionniste qui faisait ce qu'il pouvait... Le silence du site la nuit.

Les chambres sales et pas préparées en raison de l'absence du personnel de ménage depuis la veille. Cette absence peut arriver, mais c'est à l'établissement de trouver une solution alternative, et il avait largement le temps de le faire depuis la veille !!! Je ne félicite pas les responsables qui ont fait preuve d'une totale absence, laissant leur réceptionniste dans la plus grande détresse. Au final, nous avons dû faire nous même le ménage et les lits pour pouvoir passer la nuit !!! Cerise sur le gâteau : - Le petit déjeuner est un catastrophe et ne mérite pas la moitié du prix facturé !!! - le portail réputé sécuriser l'accès au site la nuit ne fonctionne pas ! Il est certain que je ne reviendrai pas au Première Classe Courtine, et je recommande d'éviter cet établissement comme la peste !

Correct pour une nuitée

La chambre était très propre et la personne à l'accueil était très efficace

L'accès à pied jusqu'à la gare était insécurisante ( pas de trottoir lors de la traversée d'un rond-point) Et plus de feuillets de papier toilette en fin de soirée (c'était un distributeur de feuillets)

plus jamais de ma vie je retourne dans ce taudis et le conseil a personne

tout est cassé,porte sdb me tombe dessus télécommande tv cassé,pas de pq,une odeur horrible, des trafics devant ma fenêtre toute la nuit des bagarres plus jamais de la vie je retourne ici je faisais parti d’une grosse convention avec un gros rassemblement de personnes qui devrait se reproduire j’ai signalé à tous le monde de ne jamais y aller tous les gens se sont plaints, chambre sale et pas faites plus jamais de ma vie je retourne dans ce taudis et le conseil a personne

Breakfast was good, very french with fresh baguette and croissants. Nice coffee , juice, yogurt and cheese. Staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and proactive.

My room was at the second floor and you have to use stairs. Ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility issues.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The space to walk and move between the bathroom and bedroom was very small and constraining. The hotel itself was 40 minutes walk from the centre of Avignon.

Secure parking, cars are locked at night with pass code given to guests. Room is quite large, is cheap.

Having just visited the nearby Grottos de Thouzon I can inform you it takes 100 years for a centimetres of for a stalactite to form. Therefore, i can only assume the poo stalactite i found in the toilet must have taken at least 600 years to grow. Awful hygiene aside; the rooms have paper-thin walls, allowing you to hear every room in a radius of yours. A feat the architectures, who also boldly created the toliet/shower combi, must have stolen from the famous Roman amphitheatre nearby. The breakfast buffet doesn't include plates.

It was close to Avignon and had a secure car park

The rooms smelt heavily of cigarettes to the point we had to keep the window open which didn't make us feel secure as there was people walking along the corridor. The rooms are just really scruffy, tired ,stuffy ,smelly and battered.

The beds are comfortable and the service was good.

Our door of the bathroom couldn't be closed, because there was no lock. The hotel was a little bit outside of the town and maybe they could have given us information about how to get into the centre.

It was convenient for a one night stop over right next to the city, it was next to Carrefour and some take aways so it is good for stopping over to sleep.

It was OK for a one night stay when all you want is a bed to sleep on, but not for any longer.

The room was an OK size. The bedding & towels were clean

The room smelt musty and the floor obviously hadn't seen a mop in a while. The bathroom was more of a small wet room and was very smelly. The sink was separate and stained but seemed clean.

I asked for a double bed and got 2 single beds. Out of 3 switches for the light, only one worked. No lock on the door, even though it’s to get in the room you need a key, but nevertheless. it looked shabby, and somewhat unclean.

The non-smoking room had a terrible cigar smell. The bathroom was weird, tiny, and in poor condition. So was the floor and everything else in the room.
