Property was undergoing renovation. Allocated room was in poor condition. Restaurant food was not good. Bar staff excellent.

Great for a short stay. Nice view of the pool and the water. Was close to the areas of Port Macquarie we needed and was

Was close to where we needed to go for a wedding and right near the walking track which wasn’t far from the beach. We arrived quite late due to traffic and was easily able to contact reception and get our key left in the lock box so we could enter our room. Staff were lovely when we went to see them the next day to finalise our check in.

The shower didn’t have very good pressure of water and the pipes were very noisy so when rooms around us had a shower at 5:30am it woke us up.

I would stay again.

Location was great. Staff were great. Beds were comfy.

Shower was difficult to get the right temperature. Breakfast was overpriced and very average at best. Parking was very tight, not much room between car spots to get in car.

Very relaxing and warm, an amazing and beautiful spot.

Beautiful views. Clean and spacious rooms. Everything one could need on a stay away; smart tv, tables, fridge, bathroom, closet and iron + board. Balcony was open yet private and entries are secure. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere is pleasant and fun. Access is easy for guests and there are complimentary washing machines and driers for personal use. Cleaning products are quality and also backed by charity and humanitarian aid. Aircon is fairly quiet and keeps the temperature well. Resort is also situated in a prime position to be within walking distance from central town features and businesses. Only a short travel to many beautiful pieces of Port Macquarie even on foot.

Toilet could not flush when I initially arrived however after reporting this to the front desk, repair was organised and promptly carried out.

Great place to stay. Would definitely be back.

Loved our room and view. We even saw dolphins. Everything was great and we loved our stay.

Only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer. Every was wonderful.

Delightful, convenient place to stay in Port Macquarie

Well located and very comfortable. We were upgraded automatically which was a delightful surprise. Room was extremely comfortable and we slept well.

Great location not a great stay.

Property has a great location, friendly staff and good restaurant.

They had works in the building including loud hammers and drills start at 8 in the morning without prior warning. No toaster or microwave in rooms. Doors to shower and balcony made loud scratching noises when opening and closing.

Too short so coming back

Very nice in time and good meal enough for everyone. The place was very good enough space and a the best spot.

Didn't like the disturbance of taxis not alot to come inside the resort on that Sunday.

Lovely

Great location Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful

No lifts to second floor. Needed to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Maybe an issue for elderly people The sliding door onto the verandah very stiff. Needed a lot of force to get in open and closed.

Staff & Location are great

The staff were extremely pleasant and very accommodating to any request. We bought our dog & had an amazing time with her. Close to town, restaurants & beach.

From an above balcony being tipped curry rice water over me. Woken up from the above balconies with extremely loud language at 6am on the weekend. Could not move anywhere, went to the pool for a relaxing swim & children were unsupervised. Let to run rogue whilst upstairs parents took a nap. Some consideration for fellow holidaymakers wouldn't go amiss.

Cheap and great location with lovely staff.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great and very close to all local amenities. The pool and view to the water was gorgeous.

The beds were shocking. So uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The traffic was also quite loud (we stayed on the road side).

Excellent stay and only a short walk into town.

On arrival our room was ready and we were upgraded to a water view room. The room was recently renovated with new paint and a lovely bathroom. I'm sure the mattress was new as it was super comfortable. The curtains were excellent for privacy.

Perhaps a set of drawers for unpacking clothes.

A convenient location, would recommend booking a pool side room.

Close to town.

Our room backed on to a public car park. It felt uncomfortable to stay with our 2 year old as the back door had no secure lock and there were no alternate rooms available for us.

overall everything was comfortable and enjoyable for a motel

Everything was really comfortable, staff were very friendly and my room was of good size with a great view - overlooking the pool and bay.

The room service said it was available from 5pm however everytime i tried calling no one answered so i called reception and they said because the restaurant was full they were not allowing room service - very inconvenient and should have been handled/noticed better. The walls are thin so you can hear talking etc from the other rooms.

Location was fantastic, Was told breakfast was NOT included, lucky I had a snapshot of my booking. Breakfast was ok but could have been alot warmer. Variety was good

Lovely stay

Location is beautiful, we stay here when driving to Sydney for a stop over. Perfect for watching the sunset over the water and watching the dolphins feed! Nice and clean and beds are comfy

Very disappointed in the condition of my room and I will not stay there again

The big rip in the room curtain Both bedside lamps had their lining all worn and with big cracks The carpet didn’t look clean The shower burnt my back suddenly twice during shower different days Everything in the room was dated and worn especially the bedside tables that had cracked paint on top Noisy if balcony door open The toilet cistern was cracked I tried to get wi fi connection but could not There was a hole in the wall where a switch was supposed to be The cold knob on the bathroom tap was not there The bathroom and shower tiles were dated and hence they didn’t look clean The shower head was dated The shower curtain wasn’t thoroughly clean I had to carry heavy suitcase upstairs as no lift My friend in a wheelchair could not access my room as no lift
