Home away from home
Well the budget room had a little issue with the ac so we were upgraded to another room at no extra price which was really nice this room the views were breathtaking...room and bath were bigger really comfortable
The room had a moldy scent and my sinus was attacking me other than that the breakfast should have something for ppl who have allergies etc should have a standard menu of some sort... However the upside is they did make something for me cuz I couldn't eat the eggs or cheese

It's Not A bad Hotel to spend the nights at, it's actually relaxing & refreshing.
I love that the hotel is near to the beach
That the room I was in did not have a smart tv to watch netflix or screen cast from your smart phone to the tv. They did not have outlets close to the bed to charge your devices which was quite unfortunate.

I & my husband are yearly birthd/anniversary starcationersTrinidad places needs improving.
Good
I have to compare, stay in Tobago 12-15 July'24 $455. Per 🌙 per room Bed&breakfast, Rm up-to-date design yours looked like one night stand place. Your rooms is not worth the price not even those shown after for $900 and above. I stayed in Tbgo with kids last year Easter it had a hotplate to prepare my own meals & $300. for 2..per room x 2. The place open 2000, but it looks like we were the first in the rooms.

The location of this resort is excellent as it’s next to the beach but don’t expect a five star
The property being located right next to beach was the only impressive thing. The tv and AC worked and they provided toilet paper
Firstly I made a reservation through booking.com and got two email confirmations. There were some issues I needed clarity on so I called 9am that morning, the manager/reservation person wasn’t there and I asked that she call me back. The manager never called me back And they weren’t responding to my messages. When I called back the following day the manger said I don’t have a reservation, apologized then hung up. I called back at a different number infuriated, spoke to a guy and expressed my disgust, who then put me back on to the same lady. she eventually found the reservation and apologized. When I finally reach the property my room was mixed up and had to wait till they sorted out themselves. The room itself wasn’t to the standard I expected for the total price paid. The tv and AC worked ok. There was a shaky unstable table and chair in the room that posed injury risk. The toilet stopped flushing so you had to full the dust bin with water from the shower to flush the toilet. There was challenges with opening the window because the handles were literally hanging off the screw. Same with the door to the room, the latch and security chain weren’t properly secure. There was no soap provided, luckily I walked with some. I was hoping that the breakfast made up. Breakfast wasn’t a wide variety so if you don’t eat ham you just got roasted bake and eggs.( Butter and jam optional). Overall the place was clean.

It is a fairly good place to book because there is a lovely view of the bay.
The location was fine but the breakfast needed some more variety in terms of dishes
I booked a room for three people but there was only accommodation for two. I believe that the information given for "deluxe twin room" for three people is misleading and inadequate. There was not even a sofa for a third person to sleep on. I do not feel that I got a good bargain for my money. Fortunately, the manager, Mr. Clark, was very helpful and allowed my husband to stay in another smaller room which was not booked and my daughter and I stayed in the designated room. If it were not for him my stay would have been ruined.

I would definitely return because it was a lovely experience overall.
Loved the food, most excellent and affordable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. So very conveniently close to the beach. Great ambiance, lovely music, pleasant deco!
Room preparation needed better effort. Some people may have a hard time due to many stairways, not sure if there was a lift.

Lovely stay, with great hosts and great views
The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and with a beautiful view from the restaurant and our room over the bay! Rooms were comfortable and the food was freshly cooked and tailored to our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Rooms are fairly basic (which was fine for us). The back of the hotel and car park could do with a little bit of work.

Do not visit
The location
The staff were very non chalant, absent minded and had to constantly be asked for basic needs such as cups or drinks. The place was not clean. The beds had small insects, the towels were worn and bleached. Cockroaches dead in the hallways to be stepped over by staff. Terrible place
