We could fit three families in the same property/place
A little bit outdated, small failures like TV in one of the apartments no working.

The location was great. The kitchen facilities were great. Beautiful setting.
It was outdated and needed a massive clean from top to bottom. Build up of years of dust and grime.

beds weren’t the most comfortable

The quiet place was very accessible to shops cafes and playgrounds
All live in staring at us in the pool and only two rolls of toilet paper.

It was very central to everything we needed
The stairs were a bit of a issue

View was great ! 🤩
We were in a 2 bedroome apartment, which was very dated . Lampshades in master bedroom needed replacing.Bed in main bedroom needed securing to bed head properly Dishwasher worked but needed maintenance.
Essential kitchen and bathroom items supplied. but only a limted amount..i.e..1 dishwasher tablet , no extra toilet paper. You are then required to pay for replacements..We were there for 4 nights..so supplies were low by the time we left and when travelling we didn't need to be at the supermarket buying extra household items when we were out all day.Think at least a back up supply should be supplied by management, as part of the fee we paid for the apartment.
We were unable to sign on to the free wifi until the third day.

The unit could do with a up grade and a good clean

The property was very well maintained and in the perfect location.

Located in a beautiful but peaceful area. Apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed.
The main king bed was so hard my partner and I woke up with sore backs and shoulders. I ended up sleeping on the lounge and we moved the kids around so my partner could sleep on the other queen or double bed. Very disappointed, it could really do with a mattress topper to soften it. The lounge was only a three seater. The Foxtel signal consistently dropped out, Foxtel remote didn’t work either.

Location to our place that we had to go to on the Saturday.
Location close to shops and take away by foot.
Elevators or lifts or when booking making it easier to select ground floor units.

It was clean, has everything we need.
Shops were walking distance, public transport is easily accessible, quiet area.
Internet was really bad, foxtel only has basic channels. Netflix would have been nice to have.

We chose this property based on its location and price. We were visiting family and needed to be within driving distance of where they lived a little further north. The grounds and the setting for this property are just lovely. Extremely well maintained gardens, paths and common areas - everything was immaculate. The pool area and the bbqs were also exceptionally clean and well maintained. Apartments are individually owned and therefore furnishings etc will vary - be aware that this complex is far from brand new and the decor reflects that. This was not a problem for us.
We were allocated an apartment on the second floor - this had a decent sized living area, with a small kitchen and a dining area within the open plan space. The bedroom was also well sized, with a comfortable bed and mattress. The ensuite was clean with a large shower and double vanity. View from our living room balcony looked across the pools, the gardens and the canal. Staff on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby pub and other amenities. Local IGA is a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this property - it is suitable for families and couples seeking clean affordable accommodation on the Gold Coast.
The pillows have seen better days.
Some basic pantry amenities (oil, salt, pepper, paper towel etc) would have been welcome

Loved the spacious unit and location was so easy to get to and conveniently located near shops water and major locations
The air-conditioning was not very cool and there was no fans for the room so we had to purchase some as it would have been way to hot without them.
Beds very low and hard and the unit could have been cleaned a little better but I am just stating our experience not a reflection of the grounds all kept immaculate.

Location. As a retired taxi driver I know all the hidden areas of Gold coast n Biggera waters is excellent.
The stove top was abit hard to use.

Very good location with great facilities and a reasonable price.

Family friendly accommodation but dont expect 5 star. more like 3 1/2 star. we were mostly out in the daytime so this was satisfactory for our needs. Central location but not much road noise/ quiet neighbours, views were great. Made good use of Pool and bbq. Washing machine and clothes line. Spacious 3 bed apartment. Air conditioning didnt cool every room unless on non stop. Kitchen equiped with most items.
Kitchen could do with a couple more items especially more oven friendly trays, vege peeler, dish brush, water jug. bbq tools would be helpful. Could do with a carpet clean or new carpet.
