Ein ganz reizendes Hotel, das sehr individuell ausgestattet ist und mit seiner tollen Lage, seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung, einem sehr leckeren Frühstück und einer sehr guten Küche zu überzeugen weiß.

The location and the open terrace with a spectacular view over the coastline in San Vito Lo Capo, really a postcard. the location is convenient for visiting the Zingara natural reserve and San Vito Lo Capo by car
The rooms appear to be not very insulated and therefore noisy. The parking place is rather small and line divisions are made for very small cars. Breakfast can be improved

Absolutely delightful small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff in a fantastic location & excellent restaurant serving local food & wine.

Dinner on the terrace was very good. Helpful staff and manager
Bed could have been more comfortable

the view was nice
the room was under the street level. so the view was a wall. also it was very humid inside. the staff was not nice, was rude! the food was absurdly expensive! the shower drain was plugged and the water filled the bathroom!

Beautiful setting, great sunset and location for a dinner:) Very good food + romantic location, ideal for couples:)

The sfaff were chilled, experienced, professional - you know you're in safe hands. Bfasts excellent on the patio. Dinners were super against dramatic sunsets every night. Try the fish couscous special on a Sunday as is a Sciliy tradition, the lady Chef comes in special for this. I liked the options of the rocky beach below the hotel & splashing in the surf (shoes recomnended), the quiet of the pool or a short drive to the main sandy beech at Di copa del vito a 10min drive away & restuarant options ( the best beach in Sicily). Everything for a relaxing week by the beach/pool. We would definately go again.
Parking a bit of a lottery at times because restaurant popular with locals & other tourists & you definately need a car to maximise your options & make the most of your stay.....

Can't fault it. Except for the storm but can't blame hotel on that. Excellent service food. Really good

The Pocho Hotel is located 5 mins by car from San Vito Lo Capo. The view from the terrace is stunning and its the same view from the rooms located on the sea-side. The rooms were super clean, with a simple and classic design that makes you feel at home more than in an Hotel. Our camera was right under the terrace so there was a bit of noise coming from the activity of the restaurant in the evening, if you're pretty sensitive about noise when sleeping its better to ask for a room with a different position. We tried the restaurant and the quality of the food was very good and the service elegant. Taking the aperitivo in the terrace with the sunset is crazy beautiful. Staff is very kind and open to help. The Breakfast offers a good balance between salad and sweet with many options. The pool is very beautiful but what's really special is that you have access to a wonderful small beach (mainly made of rocks) where the sea is amazing. Most of the interesting places around in the area are located 40-50 mins by car, like the small village of Scopello with its beaches, the centre of Trapani and the walk through the Mura di Tramontana, the Vendicari Natural Reserve to experience the beauty of nature and sea, the special village of Erice located in the mountains (I suggest to try the pastry shop of Sorelle Grammatico). From Trapani, 50 mins away from the Hotel, you can take the ferries for a day-trip to the amazing Egadi islands, lile Favignana and Levanzo. The alternative is to take a private tour on a boat from Trapani in the morning, in the Hotel they offer solutions for this kind of service. San Vito Lo Capo is the closest place to the Hotel and it offers a wide beach of fine sand and a nice village with food and restaurants. Another close place to visit is the Sanctuary of Custonaci. Pocho Hotel is a very beautiful Hotel. There's something in this place, the view, the light, the special position, the attention to the details, the makes it very special.

Everything was ok, but bad price-performance! Price for the stay is definitive too high for the output! Wonderful view from the terrass for breakfast.
You need to buy a swimcap for the swimmingpool!! NO GO!
A lot of wasp on the terrass, impossible to eat outside :(

It has a nice view and a good breakfast for Italy
The room didn t look as nice as the website photos, the hotel is old looking and full of too many ornaments, the rooms are all at basement, our was very dark and the mattress was really uncomfortable

We were waken up in the middle of the night by a water fontain / leakage on our patio. Sleepless night but no concession from the staff. Overall, staff is not very welcoming and kind. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Food in the restaurant was good but a bit pricey. Four stars for the really nice sunset view from the location. Overall value for money is not the best.

View from hotel is quite awesome. Food was good. Laid back helpful staff.
Shower is tiny.

the location was incredible. beautiful views, rural and sitting on the terrace in the sun with a glass of wine was very special. the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.
the room was noisy, very thin walls and very noisy neighbours who shouted and slammed doors…..
3.5
View and atmosphere. Old Italian hotel with its charm
Room was not well maintained with shower half functional. Room rate slightly too high. 120 euros would be a fair price
1.5
Hotel is located off the main road to San Vito lo Capo and is overlooking the bay with nice views of the sunset
Nice restaurant terrace also used for breakfast
Small pool to cool off
Rooms are small with little space other than the bed
Balconies are tiny, hardly room to sit and enjoy the sunset on not too comfortable IKEA chairs
Noise level is high (you can hear the neighbours door slamming, walls are thin and as long as there are guests on the terrace the squeaking of chairs will keep you awake). Sitting outside the loud AC units are a downer
A decent hotel but it plays in a price range that it is clearly not built for (=for that price you get much better hotels)

Room was very beautiful with amazing views which was a great surprise for my girlfriend. I loved that there was a pool but also a private beach. Restaurant food was incredible and definitely worth it! Staff was super welcoming and friendly always happy to help!
Missing hair drier and kettle didn’t work but nothing that would ruin the experience
3.5
Free parking, pool, quiet room.
A bit old hotel, room not too clean and dark, expensive dinner. Price / Quality ratio is very high.

- breathtaking view
- fantastic breakfast
- waiter Christophe was great
- owner played the accordion one evening and sang lovely songs
- just next to ocean
- we booked without seaview. The view was a wall.
- room directly under kitchen. This was at times noisy
BUT: the view of the common terrace makes up for that!
3.5
Beautiful location
Big room, tastefully decorated
Good breakfast served on terrace overlooking the sea
Friendly reception
Only stay at hotel if you don’t intend to use the pool as it requires a major overhaul. Instead, staff require guests to wear swimming cap! No other swimming pool I’ve used in 40 years makes this requirement. Plus they have the audacity to charge €3 for them.
They tried to charge for towels for the pool when departing the hotel!
There is not sufficient shade available for those who need/want it by the pool.
Refurb of bathroom required (shower leaks and poor water pressure)
Runner carpets in the hallway are dangerous as they are loose and easy to trip
Lack of toiletries (had to request housekeeping to provide)
No English channels on TV
