Passable

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is good. My in-laws (75+ years) were with us and the staff took good care of them. Not very far from ghats and takes 20 to 30 min to reach the ghats. Clean and non-smelly rooms.

there were mosquitoes in the room, the A/c switched off numerous times at time and did not cool the room and shower need replacement. Swimming pool was not functioning and there was no fridge in the room. If the management address these issue, it will become a very nice property to stay.

Not upto expectations but OK

All staff behaved well.

Property didn't seem to be maintained in terms of replacing old fittings in bathroom, carpet etc. Room had bad odour in cupboards. Toilets could have been made more cleaner for matching 5 star hotel standards. Maybe, it's all because the ownership of hotel is in process of being changed, but they should at least keep some rooms maintained and use only them for guests, as it resets 5-star expectations of visitors. If not possible, then should at least lower rent, so that people lower expectations.

Uncomfortable stay

Food in the restaurant met our expectation though not as good as we visited last time in 2018

Very poor condition of the hotel. Carpet was filthy.Everything was outdated. No hot water. Toilet wasn’t working properly. Insufficient supplies like toilet tissue. The plumbing fixtures were outdated. Big difference from four years before.

There was nothing likeable about this property. The pictures in the listing are not at all what they offer. It’s a scam. Total fraud. Holes in the bedsheet, open switchboards, etc the list is long. They say that Radiason couldn’t maintain it, so they are in talks with Taj, which again seems a scam.

The hotel doesn’t qualify for any ratings. It’s a property very poorly maintained and totally untidy. The staff is not helpful at all. The tariff charges are way too high that even at it’s best the hotel wouldn’t be able to justify them. Waste of money.

AC was not working in my room 310 three times I did request then in midnight change my room. so my night was not good , before check in you have to check all things,working properly because when someone going to 5 stars hotel and paying good amount we need everything things good
