It is located in a beautiful colonial house within a gated community, it is quite and very exclusive, but because of this it will be hard to walk especially at night time, so a car or taxi is recommended.
Nice and comfortable bed, quiet for a good night sleep, all employees were attentive, nice a la carte breakfast.

El servicio del hotel. La ubicación.
La habitación era muy oscura. Mucho ruido de otras habitaciones y de los huéspedes que pasaban de y hacia la recepción.

Wonderful terraces to enjoy their wonderful Guatemalan breakfast or some time out. Maybe some more seating needed on top terrace to enjoy the spectacular views however
A little too far out of town altho it was super quiet and safe. Security was sometimes a hassle getting in and out

A little far from the center on a gated community

The location was a little far out of the center and the main attractions
There quite a lot of power outages, not very long ones, but happened numerous times during our stay

Great stay in a small charming boutique hotel. Very pretty room, nice breakfast. Architectural pool that was not really usable and somewhat isolated location in a gated complex was not ideal but everything else was lovely

The place is really nice, comfortable and well located. You can get to the center of Antigua by a 10-minute walk. The breakfast options they offer are all good. From the terrace you can enjoy a lovely sunset with the volcanos, and if you are lucky, you can clearly see a volcano eruption.
The security entrance from the condo may be a bit annoying every time you pass, but nothing to do there I guess.

Stuck some drunk guys next to us in an empty hotel and didn't get any sleep. Guard couldn't even tell them to be quiet. Also guy working there was coughing his guts out when they preparing our breakfast, we decided to pass.

Cosy room with comfortable beds and a nice view from the terrace. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive.
It takes a couple of minutes to pass through the security gate, but it’s not a big issue.

Amazing staff very helpful , away from the city, silence and peaceful.
A bit difficult to get in, we were traveling by land , when we got there, there was no instructions about how to get in to the gated community, the guard was not helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel and I really enjoyed staying here while in Antigua. First, it’s gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. My room was comfortable and huge, and the bathroom was lovely and had hot water. Having breakfast each morning by the pool was a wonderful way to start the day. The views from the rooftop terrace are also amazing! The staff were probably my favorite part - everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and kind. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the center of Antigua, which I liked because I enjoy walking and it was in a much quieter part of town in a gated community.
I liked everything, these are just observations that may or may not be helpful to others. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler - it wasn’t a social hotel when I was there and don’t think it’s meant to be. You will also hear everything in the morning, so probably bring earplugs if you want to sleep in - but you’re in Antigua so why waste a good morning!

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful property. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Views are amazing. A bit of a walk into the center, but ubers are easy to arrange.
Pool is more ornamental than usable.
