Good

Chose it because if location: close to the ice rink and good coffee nearby. Very nice stuff and very tasty food and coffee in the lobby bar. Parking is on the side is also big advantage.

beds are not good for your back, soviet style breakfasts - too small for such a price

Very reliable place to stay in Kyiv

Great place with an amazing view on the other side of Kyiv. Friendly staff, clean place. And very safe. I enjoy my time staying there.

Hotel stuffs was good.

Hotel have a airconditioner but they dont give to guests. they gave me after i said “i will write the booking this situation”. Hotel have a balcon but so dirty. Bar is so small. If i had a chance i were not stay there.

The hotel is clean.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8 years) with breakfast included. But they told me that breakfast is included only for adults , and for kids I must pay extra . It was strange...... :-( When I booked the room I wasn't informed that breakfast is included only for 2 adults. Very disappointed(((( I booked a room with shower cabin, but I received a room with bath tub. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

extremely outdated facilities, in a 4* hotel you have to pay extra money to have a kettle in the room; nobody has cleaned the room for 3 days, had to go to reception and ask to send cleaners

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful!

Old rooms with stale smell. Rooms not cleaned properly each day.restaurant food very poor including the breakfast!

Good value, Clean Hotel, Great food.

Breakfast was very good, nice variety and choices. Wish there was a pool and sauna to relax in. Beds were comfortable even if they were very narrow. Clean hotel, housekeeper kept rooms cleaned, and restocked soaps and towels upon request.

Narrow beds, no pool or sauna to relax in. Map of area local vicinity would have been helpful. Parking was difficult at times. Trays for breakfast would of helped and maybe another coffee machine for efficiency.

Worst experience ever…

I'm never used to give feedback about hotel rooms . But this case is most worst ever. I took room for 160€ per night , suite. First experience, the photos on booking not meet the real room. All equipment is very old the walls look dirty . The service personal was not friendly … For this price you can get much better hotel in Kiev

An overrated hotel.

The people are welcoming and nice, ready to help you out

The elevator does not go to each floor, so be ready to drag your luggage half of a floor. The parking lot is also rented out to non-guest cars, so if you arrive after 6pm you risk to stay w/o parking. The breakfast was not tasty at all, though there was a good selection, everything we tested was not good at all :( So it is a 2 stars hotel, that should cost around 40-50 Eur a night for a double, not more.
