Antigua la belle

Le jardin, la piscine, l'emplacement, la gentillesse de la direction et du personnel, la vue sur les volcans. Nous lui donnons une note de 9,8 sur 10!

Regresaría otra vez

El jardín es muy bonito. Encantado con la arquitectura. El personal atento. Solicitamos cambio de habitación con vista al jardín y nos lo concedieron si problema. No usamos el restaurante pero se veía elegante. Talvez la proxima

No es una queja. pero hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está en las afueras de antigua.

Hotel colonial muy agradable y un poco alejado.

Lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad de los trabajadores, desde la recepción hasta los jardineros. El hotel tiene un gran patio ajardinado, piscina, las habitaciones simulan unas calles coloniales, hay varios puntos desde los que se pueden ver los 4 volcanes. El restaurante bien, el desayuno bien. El baño tiene secador de pelo.

El hotel está apartado del centro, se hace un poco pesada la vuelta, especialmente por la noche, creo recordar que eran entre 30-35 minutos andando. El desagüe del retrete estaba atascado, pero sin decir nada, al día siguiente estaba solucionado.

Es una opinión complicada porque no estoy molesto sin embargo todo fue muy confuso y para los demás usuarios sería importante tomar en cuenta. Cuando reserve elegí una habitación de 2 camas, sin embargo al llegar al hotel me indican que a pesar de ser 2 camas solo es para una persona, lo cual ya encontré extraño. Pague la diferencia!. Llegue a desayunar pero a pesar de pagar la persona extra el desayuno no está incluido, por lo tanto tendrás que pagar también pro el desayuno extra!. Detalles del hotel: muy bonito, arquitectura colonial. No tiene AC sin embargo el clima de noche es fresco. El desayuno bueno. Ubicación un poco alejado de los lugares históricos. Relación precio calidad aceptable !.

It was ok, girl at front desk was not very friendly had to out inf out her .

The breakfast was excellent And was the staff but the location was too far from the main central park. Was very hard to get a taxi end up walking.

The room selled modelled. The staff kept talking in front of the room very early in morning . Could not sleep.

Great value and lovely place to relax

Very peaceful property located just outside of busy part of town.

Access to property could be a little difficult. We went out for dinner one evening and then had to spend about 20 minutes trying to get back into property as person to open the door was not responding to bell

Best stay in Antigua for sure

location is perfect, the place is beautiful and what’s probably the best thing… the room had lots of power outlets!! that is so rare on hotels! easy to find a place to charge mobiles and other devices. The staff and room service is just top of the line!

the only thing I didn’t liked was the fact that there is no ATM on the hotel and there is no ATM near the place either, at least not at a walking distance.

Staff is superb! Food is good, the restaurant near by is a Top Italian restaurant!

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and good location!

The rooms are hot and no air conditioner. There is too much noise and can hear everything since 6 am!!! 😒 If you open the window even more noise!!!

Excellent location

Location is superb and so peaceful with a large garden at your door. Stunning environment. Gray open restaurant has views of the volcanoes. Have been coming here for 10 years now.

Beds are super hard but everything else more than makes up for it

30 min. walk from center of town but a spacious, luxurious retreat.

Nice big property. Rooms were pleasant. Breakfast included was made to order from several options. Pool towels provided. Nice indoor garden/patio area. You can see the volcanoes from the 2nd floor.

Due to CoVid you had to reserve the pool. Hard to find a tuk-tuk or taxi in this area.

Disappointing

Beautiful building and large room. Lovely courtyard with birds and a pool.

Staff were not very helpful, especially on reception. Beds v hard. Had pasta with chicken but it was odd reconstituted meat not chicken pieces.
