Very helpful and welcoming staff. The receptionist was very fluent in English. The location was perfect for the beach and centro storico and also bus/ferry connections.

Breakfast was amazing, freshly baked pizza and Sicilian pastries from nearby bakery;
We loved the town, the buildings and fishing harbour. Not yet spoiled by too many tourists and not yet destroyed by "diversity" of invasive non-Sicilian peoples and cultures.
We loved the experience of trying to communicate with very friendly locals who have retained their language.
We stayed for 2 weeks and departed feeling there was still so much more to discover and more time was needed to get to know the local people better, the non tourist shops and nearby towns. Sicily is a great place for us and we enjoyed both old Trapani as well as going further afield by bus and train. The hotel was perfect, a genuine Sicilian building in a narrow street with balcony (not an ultra modern hotel which could be anywhere).
We visited Palermo 9 years previously and returned again this time for a day trip to refresh our very happy memories. Shocked wouldn't describe our experience this time. Diversity has hit Palermo big time, e.g. a guy with a "Ghetto Blaster" blaring out loud Islamic music outside the catholic cathedral, (what would happen if Hymns were sung in front of a mosque), and so many African young men hanging around the streets menacingly looking for opportunities. Felt unsafe this time. So much so, we won't go back to Palermo and were very pleased to return to the safety of old Trapani.

so convenient
room on 2nd floor with no elevator to service this floor. It was for rooms above this level.

Great location in the middle of the city centre, great rooms. The staff was super helpful and nice. The breakfast is correct.
Great location, but parking there is impossible so you need to find a parking place a few hundred meters away from it, at least.
The breakfast was correct. It could have better quality juices, and replenish the cold meats more often.

The location is very good, the breakfast too and Elena from the reception is wonderful.
The room was very small, but have good view. The first day we go late for the breakfast and there was almost no nothing left.
4.3
Elena is the most friendly person!

The location is excellent, near the centre and with restaurants in the street below, yet quiet. The hotel is also near the ferry terminals for those heading out to the islands or vice versa. Rooms in this house of very old origin are beautiful and have their individual character. At the same time it is a modern place, with a glas lift. Very special credits go to Elena in the reception who helped us organise things for our mini-holiday well beyond the immediate arrangements at the hotel. That she, which is not self-evident in this location, is competely fluent in English also helped a lot.
The breakfast choice was not very wide and it appeared that those guests who had breakfast a bit later during the breakfast hours rather had to make do with whatever was left, without refills of the supplies. The lady serving was not particularly friendly.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Guidance and Assistance provided throughout our stay in Trapani.
Upon arrival, we found out that towels are changed only after 3 days unless you pay an extra charge of €10. Also, the room given to us did not have any access to fresh outside air because the only door / window overlooked the enclosed lift shaft. (We had taken the Genius offer).

Spent a week in this property. It is situated right in Trapani historical centre. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good, Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Elena who was always efficient in answering our various queries. She also gave us several recommendations which we made use of. Patrizia was also very helpful with our room service.

Breakfast very good . very quiet to say it in the city centre
There was no were to hang washing ( wet swim wear )
The light was not good in the bedroom , there was very little natural light because of the inner court yard ,,, has a interior design ( the lighting could have been greatly improved at not much cost...

Staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful, continental breakfast was fine, good location in old town near restaurants etc
I would have liked to have had a comfortable armchair.

Receptionist Giacobo and Elena were perfect, this type of receptionists is every hoteliers dream. Hotel was very clean, very good location, comfortable, tasty breakfast.
There could be some nice music at the breakfast to get the ambience.

location cleanliness kind staff especially Elena
poor sound proofing could hear people talking walking, internal only door window does not give good fresh air ventilation

We did not like Trapani. The hotel was near the city and was very noisy (there were a lot of football players there at the same time. Wifi was terrible.
Wifi was not OK.

Excellent staff extremely helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
No parking at the site but the staff helped with a great alternative of secure parking that gave free rides back and forth only 7 Euro/day.
On the last night the air conditioner didn't work and despite their efforts, they couldn't fix it.
