Location; not a lot of restaurants on walking distance.

The staff and food at the hotel was great. The room was a bit dated but adequate for a one night stop over.

Noisy neighbours party until early morning no numbers to call after hours to get assistance. No extra blankets no sleep

It was a late stopover with a very early start. It was very clean and the staff were super helpful.

Meal in hotel, friendliness of staff,appearance of room, crisp white bedlinen and rolled towel. Hot shower

Television did not work and no instructions, no soundproofing..concrete floors can look nice but for sound- terrible, could pull blind down but could not get it up in the morning.

Staff was amazing, good food in the restaurant and room was clean. Its a bit older and it shows, but no issue for us. Beds were very comfy. When asking for a late check out (which we didn't need in the end) it wasn't a problem at all. We'll stay here again.

Rooms are pourly soundproofed: we had a baby and kids next door and it was very noisy. You could even listen to a normal conversation.

travelled for work and the hotel had no working wifi to reach the room so I could not get any work done.

Was happy to have clean sheets, air con, though there isn’t much inviting in the unit.

Glad to get an earlier check in, that was much appreciated

The place needs a good clean up, clearly just gets a vacuum and a mop, white tiles in bathroom are dirty, dirt splashes on walls and doors, toilet roll holder is covered in dust/ dirt. Blinds don’t cover completely to windows, big gap for outside to see in .

Nice and clean accomodation, would recommend

Room was nice and clean, friendly staff when checked in/out. Bed was very comfortable, was great place for the night with partner to have a relaxing night.

Took awhile to sort the air con out as display on controller was not working and had to guess what settings air con was on etc, otherwise no issues with the room or facilities👌🏽😊

Would come back here for sure. The beach is beautiful.

Room was great for the price we paid. I expected less, but it was a good size and everything was clean. Great place to stay for a family holiday.

Honestly, I set out to this place with low expectations after reading some reviews online, but it was the only accommodation I could get. I was really surprised by the service/room. Everything was clean, it was a good size, plenty of towels and bedding, mini fridge included. Food available on site.

A regular Motel with a holiday price to match. Good motel restaurant. Close to shops and the beach.

We lived in the farthest part from the reception, where the WiFi no longer worked at all.

Very poor

Over priced. No internet available. We had to leave early due to a very sick child. I emailed asking for even a partial refund. No reply from management at all. The motel was pretty much completely vacant so it wasn't like we would have prevented a sale. They happily just took the money. Very old and run down. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.
