Waste of

The room looked nice enough but i was there on business and needed workable wifi and workable phone network for my mobile . Neither was available and upon enquiring with other guests it became clear this was a longer term issue As a business executive with many online calls and meeting’s i had to leave after one hour of trying to access networks for planned calls that evening I was happy to pay for one night but requested to have the remaining three nights credited. It has taken till now to get a simple response of no refund with no explanation. I am a frequent user of booking.com and will look to change based on this experience . For those looking to book this property, then be prepared for lousy internet and network as well as the construction site ( less of a concern) behind the property

Excellent location on the beach - uninterrupted views. Comfortable apartment, friendly managers. There is construction immediately behind the building with noise starting at 6am. This did not affect us too much as our apartment was at the far southern side, but I would have been unhappy if we were closer as this was not mentioned on booking. We did receive an upgrade though - perhaps because of the noise? Would definitely stay again.

fantastic view, bbq area is excellent, pool and spa clean and warm, nice apartment with big fridge, great oven and everything you need to cook and sit back and soak in the view

access in and out with the construction site was ordinary but won’t last forever once the building is finished

Lovely place to stay quiet with beautiful beach front as soon as you open the blinds. Friendly staff

Deb was lovely and kept us update about the construction going on next to apartments. Deb was helpful walking us to our room to unlock the door and showing us through the unit on arrival. Property clean and maintained beautifully. Mangers take a lot of pride in the apartments and grounds.

Fantastic location & amenities, will definitely consider staying again!

The location was great, practically on the beach & just off the gold coast highway which made it quick & easy to access everything.

I found it challenging to meet the check in times. We drove up from Sydney & the traffic on the highway was very unpredictable.

The apartment was outdated. Lots of rusted spots Needs a new clean couch. The single bed mattress needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs.

Centrally located in Palm Beach near to the location to which we were attending a function. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not ideal for the older less agile person, stairs only, no lifts.

Perfect holiday break

Nice building in the perfect location, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment (on the 1st floor) is very well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for a family with 3 bedrooms and easy to get to. Also has a nice pool and spa to relax in at the end of the day.

Enjoyed our stay close to the beach and not too far for some good shopping and entertainment.

Excellent location and value for money!

Deb was very friendly and accommodating. She upgraded us which is always welcome. The apartment complex is right at the beach! The view was fantastic from the living room and hearing the water at night was great!

Great apartment with spectacular views, staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful

Only issue was no lifts which isn’t a issue if you are fit , also felt shower in a bath was difficult to manoeuvre
