leider waren wir nur eine kurze Nacht zwischen zwei Fährfahrten dort, trotzdem empfehlen wir es

Das Zimmer und die Caffeebar sind hervorragend, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut (vom Bahnhof und von der Fähre zu erreichen) die Vorabinformation zum kontaktlosen Einchecken war sehr gut und hilfreich, sehr freundliches Personal

es gibt oder gab weit und breit keine freien Parkplätze

Modern, Spacious, and Great Location

The apartment is beautiful and modern. Very comfortable and an amazing value for money. The location could not be better! Piombino is a wonderful little port city; an easy stop to catch the ferry to Elba Island and Sardinia.

Really clean, big apartment with good facilities in a good location. Wouldn't recommend Piombino in April if you want a place with high energy, but if you're looking for some peace, it's perfect. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful, I didn't see any other staff or guests in the 2 nights I stayed.

Not great "social" vibes but fine if you're travelling with someone or happy to be alone and peaceful.

incredibly clean. it was so organized and prepared so well! The bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was beyond clean and NEW. I enjoyed the apartment very much.

everything was perfect just would consider to add another mirror somewhere in order to put makeup on and get ready. bathroom mirror to stand is not comfortable.

Central Piombino location

Central location, big bathroom with a great shower. The room overlooked the central square, which is a good thing, especially since this is the main promenade of the city with a large amount of restaurants and pubs, which ends in the beautiful watchtower, with the wonderful view towards Tuscany archipelago islands. Clean and equipped with the necessities.

Keep in mind, that the central location of the room, while great, results in the fact that it can be loud from people passing by and is continuously lit by the lamps, if you're feeling particularly tired and like to sleep with open windows.

Very nice place. In the center of town. Located on the streroom was very clean and comfortable. Key collection and room finding - went smoove, thanks to well written text message that i've got in advance from the owner.

A really nice functional place to stay, would stay here again

The facilities were overall good and the room was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans etc

The dishwasher didn’t work very well and we had to buy our own cleaning supplies which was a bit disappointing.

NA for breakfast But across the street there is little Cressall bakery shop and a mini traditional market with fresh vegetables and fruit.

Bu It was a summer evening so we had windows open for fresh air. It overlooks the plaza that has a lot of bright street lights and there was motor scooters and many people milling around till midnight so it was hard to sleep due to the noise levels. That’s the only negative

The location was excellent, very close to the station. The room itself was so spacious, so stylish, so well designed. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communication with the host couldn't have been better.

Didn’t like being in a room with a door joining the apartment next door as you can hear everything and a Matt is needed in the shower as slippy but aside that, large clean room with good location

I was unable to get work done for clients because there was no wifi and hotel manager was MIA.

Easy entry. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had Bloomberg news on TV. Location good.

No wifi or internet, despite being advertised as having it; repeated communications to hotel representative went unanswered for almost 16 hours. No coffee or coffee cups in adjacent common area. Room had no ambiance, but would have been suitable for work if there had been wifi.

The perfect stay in Piombino

We have spent a few days at Excelsior during each of the past years and found our very positive experience fully confirmed again. Spacious appartment, very well equipped, clean and comfortable, stable WiFi, very friendly and supportive staff. Perfectly situated to enjoy a few days in Piombino. We look forward to coming back next year.
