Decent hotel for our short term trip and would recommend.

I stayed with my teenager at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay of three days. The location was ideal if you plan to travel to and from Ramstein, AFB. It was approximately 5 mins away. We were there for a HS sports competition and having to commute back and forth that short distance was perfect. It was surrounded by a few restaurants with decent ratings. The hotel also has a bar/convenient store/restaurant attached to it. It had free parking right out front. It had a large guests balcony for those who enjoy being outside or smoking. Prime location for the price. Base prices were more expensive. Overall, I would stay here again.

I wouldn't say it's a negative, however, this hotel is not your typical hotel for those who like front desk service. It does not stay open 24/7. You are given a key for access to main door (when closed) and room. There were no issues accessing the hotel or room after hours. I have to say though, the walls were very thin. You definitely could hear your neighbors. During the evening it was fairly quiet so I felt like we had to whisper but no issues because I wasn't traveling with little children.

Staff was not present at facility. Not helpful. The room key had no room number. The staff claimed "covid" excuse well past covid lockdown/isolation. I would not return to this hotel again.

Location to the Air Base is perfect.

The room was away to cold heat was not good and a little bit dated but I made it work was for one night

My first choice for hotels.

This is a great stay. The room is is one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Premises are well taken care of. Very friendly staff. Immediately accommodated my request for several more days. Whenever I am in Ramstein, this hotel will be my first choice.

a bit difficult to find, but good vale for a nice basic room.

checkin after 1600 was odd. locked, intercom conversation indicated key left outside. it worked though.

Perfect for a short solo trip

Price is perfect for a very short stay (2100-0730). The hotel accommodated my late arrival close to 2100. The room was very clean. It had soap, and towels. There was a small fridge (I didnt use). My room (#3) had nice patio. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the rolladens.

There were a few options in the same price range and in the same location. I chose this one for breakfast. I really only wanted coffee. I believe it was advertised to have a good breakfast and a start of 0700. I was notified that due to circumstances this week, they didnt start breakfast until 0730. I had to leave at that time. However, this was just a minor inconvenience as I understand and the lady was just sweet and lovely. I would stay here again still.

It was a lovely place to stay. I was in Germany to meet my new grandson and my trip was perfect.

I loved that it was so close for my son to pick me up each day. He is stationed at Ramstein and it was so convenient.

I wish sheets had been provided. I was fortunate in that I got sheets from my son and DIL to use

Superb

I did not anticipate being stuck in traffic and arrived late and the wonderful host allowed me to check in after their business hours (I did not realize they had business hours for the front desk). After several hours in traffic it was so nice to still have a room to stay in!

Hospitality was amazing.

I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable the bed are. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I've been to a lot of hotels in my life, these beds are by far the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in.

I don't speak German and the TV channels were in german.🤷‍♂️😄 no pillows. Just 2, 2 meter long blanks.

overall the hotel was pleasant.

it is pretty close to everything. very quiet area.

when I did go in the room there was a bug sitting on the wall. that was the only one I saw but that wasn't something I wanted to see first arriving

As a 1 nighter it was ok if all you really need is a place to sleep.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and quiet.

Breakfast was extremely basic but Just ok. No milk out for the cereals, napkins?...just seemed lacking in details. Wasn't advised that would have to wait for someone to come to let us in to the hotel and was not asked for expected arrival time.
