there was very little, cheap but extremely horrible
The price and hotel brand prior to arrival. Yes it was cheap BUT from arrival did not like anything - scary narrow road to the hotel entry - traffic, inadequate lighting, dirty. The driver who bought us to hotel asked if this was a hotel and if we wanted to go elsewhere. We could not as we did not have device to make other booking we had already paid for this hotel. On entry we were told no spa operational (as advertised), no meal menu in restaurant only snacks, only two restaurants near hotel both accessed if we walked down the road outside hotel, black mould around bath/shower, only 3 pool loungers alternative to use the chairs at restaurant table, the advertised swim up bar had not been operational for some time, outside hotel stench with bags of household and other rubbish along the entry road, the location of the room in a type of cloistered area felt like a cell. had to leave reception cross vehicle entry and enter through door that was unlocked, only locked door was the outdoor area the glass door to the sleeping area did not lock, we had to get hotel maintenance to repair this locked door as it jammed - there was Trip Advisor award stated 2023 however unsure if was awarded for 2023. We asked where we should go by transport to eat and advised that would be Kuta main street. We were not given other options including Tuban beach

I booked the queen superior bed but I got free upgraded to villa type without paying more money! So, it was a good deal! The AC worked well. The room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathtub was big! When I arrived, the staff gave me small snacks. The WiFi was pretty good. I can uploaded and watched youtube video without much buffering. The hotel location is very good, it is near with the airport, Kuta beach, restaurant, and many attractions place! The parking area were adequate for motors and cars.

I stayed at the deluxe king room. It was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned. The bathtub was big! The hot & cold water worked properly. The staff were kind and helpful. The WiFi was pretty good. I can upload and watch youtube without much buffering. The parking area was adequate for motors and cars. The hotel is located near with airport, beaches, and other tourist attractions

clean and comfortable place
3.6
Location and the scale of the hotel is appealing.
The mini room pool was useless and not clean. There were multiple tap leaks and the staff took way too long to attend. Since the room was not clean, we requested the staff for alternative rooms and all of them that they showed were not clean at all. Breakfast was not appealing. They need to address the maintenance and the shortage of staff issues.

Lovely staff and welcoming.
Very well positioned and great value for money!
The doors at the entry of the room.

Swimming pool for children. Close to Warung Tut Ajuz.
Rooms (2) were not clean. Airconditioner was ineffective, it was NOT cool enough. Hairdryer did not work. Booking manager, Sri, did not respond to written messages from our organiser/booker, Geoffrey R, and did not charge the registered credit card with room cost when requested to do so. Complaint with GM lodged. The hotel does not seem to know how to deal professionslly with international guests and seems to be for local Indonesian customers.

we had a free upgrade upon arrival with an extremely comfortable bed and spacious outside bathroom. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with airport taxis etc. the pool area was well kept and refreshing. very close to the airport.
not many nice restaurants in the area

If you are looking to party it up in Kuta and come back to “a” hotel and pass out, this is an excellent bet. The location is top notch, the staff is friendly and speaks excellent English. They also have a great pool, and the beds are comfortable. The grounds have an interesting sort of courtyard walkway layout that looks like it was some kind of colonial construction (I think it’s stylistic, not authentic). And the hotel’s location is excellent for ordering takeout. But..
…the hotel itself is in ROUGH shape. It’s clear that maintenance is not performed and the entire place is in desperate need of refurbishing. Even within same type of room, the facilities were so varied in the way they were maintained.
We stayed in 4 different rooms on this property over the course of about 10 days, trying to find something that had working facilities. The first two rooms were regular full size bed rooms. The first of full size bed rooms had a fridge and second didn’t. It also had a really damaged bathtub, it had clearly been cleaned but it had some bad mildew and stains. It needed to be ripped right out of the wall and replaced. Even the shower curtains were brown with stains. Couldn’t those have at least been replaced?
Later in our trip, we stayed in two different queen bed rooms with charming outdoor showers, as an upgrade given by the concierge. But we found out the first room had no hot water. The next day we changed to another queen bedroom, but it had holes in the windows making the mosquitos intolerable. At first I sort of hoped that the occasional visiting gecko would take care of them…but not so much.
The breakfast was pretty disappointing. They had Indonesian and western, so let’s start with the Indonesian. The fried noodles (Mie Goreng) were soggy when they were supposed to be crisp, dry, a bit oily and a little crunch. Clearly they had been defrosted from the freezer. On some days the noodles were still cold, i.e., had not been thawed out completely. The western breakfast was pretty basic, but the often ran out of even the basics. Sometimes it was just toast and a stray croissant. Nothing seems fresh except for the loaf of bread which you can cut off yourself. Even the coffee was subpar.
If you read the other reviews for this hotel, you’ll notice that the property responds to a lot of peoples’ complaints with the default ‘we’re sorry about not meeting your expectations…’ nonsense but they don’t do anything about the hotel.

None, since everything is not prepared yet
I can understand that the pandemic has a big impact on the tourism sector. Yet, please don't open the booking if you're not ready!! I really had bad experiences staying here, even I booked for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Here are some points why: there was a cockroach, the lamp was sometimes broken/could not be switched on, the curtain was so dirty, the water sink was broken since there was stuck rice inside the pipe (so disgusting), the room smells bad, the broken chair outside, the chair outside so dirty with bird poos, the floor was not clean like not mobbed, the doormat was not provided, when the doormat was given, it was freaking dirty, I called the room service, but no answer at all. I asked to move my room, but then the staff cleaned my room and my mom's room in the night. Why didn't they do it earlier? I also asked to not stay in the second night and I wish I could get a refund, yet they didn't do anything!!
