good and very relaxing

Room good and I don't take the breakfast however asking for microwave they clear deny for such facilities, location very nice.

check in timing after 4pm if any policy for check in time, then give us any rest area which we change our cloth due to Juma pray

Very Well Satisfied.

The location of this hotel is situated well within a short walking distance to Haraam. Very convenient for a family stay. The staffs were also very friendly, specially all those housekeeping staff. Hotel located within the shopping vicinity, food and taxi are just a step away. No issues in getting the lifts as we stayed on level 14 of the hotel. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as you won't regret. It was our very first travel to Madina Shariff and I am very well satisfied.

I would rather stay in the Clock Tower and The Jabal Omar hotel, but not The Ritz. Now back to USA.

I would stay in this hotel again.

Look, I came all the way from the USA. As i came in the entrace light was flashing. The shower & tap water was cold. I was told to run the water and it will get warm, it did't. The wooded floor was ripped. Too much noise coming inside my room from outside areas. The elevator was too small to accomodate enough people. Lots of waiting.

Great location otherwise mediocre at best

The location is very convenient. The prophet’s mosque is less than 5 min away from the hotel. Shopping centre and restaurants also within the vicinity. The housekeeping and maintenance staff was extremely nice and helpful.

A couple of things were highly inconvenient 1- Probably just a ramadan problem but no room service available, I was told that I could order at 10 pm due to ramadan only to be told at 10 that they had to prepare for suhoor buffet at 1:00 am so they cannot take my order. There aren’t many options to get food at the hotel if you’re travelling w kids or someone who’s sick and not fasting. 2- Hygiene and cleanliness should be improved immensely. The bed sheets looked like they weren’t properly washed, there were stains on the sofa chairs and curtains. Cups were dirty and even the water kettle had residue in it.

All over are organised very well . Well directing any issues of customers and quick solving problems . Many nice shops around Close to Haram. Many transportations Variety of restaurants Friendly place.

Hotel is nice but ONLY if you verify room before you are assigned that it doesn't have smell.

I was assigned room 1115 and then later after I complained smell I was assigned room 914 which were both 4 bed but the smell in both rooms was allot and permanent. I was able to walk by a room that the room service was cleaning and asked them if I can step in to see the smell is same like other rooms or not. Room service let me check and there wasn't any smell. I went to reception and asked them to give me that same room which room service just cleaned and they can keep that extra money I paid for a larger size room as I honestly wanted to rest at that point and wanted something that don't have the smell. They changed my room the 2nd time to that smaller size room and finally the rest of the days went nice for me in this hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Hotel location is very nice. 3 to 5 Mins walk and you are inside the mosque. Also good for women enterance.

Perfect!

The location was perfect. Near by main enterance Masjid An-Nabawi. I did extend 1 night there. The staff really helpfull for that. Free parking also available.

Room 712, the air conditioner not function very well. I can't increase the room temperature but it's not a big problem for us.

Very bad and disappointed stay.

The only thing that I like about the property is that it was near to Masjid Al Nabawai (female entrance) or gate 21. Other than that the stay was a big disappointment. I will not stay in there again.

-The rooms as they look in the hotel pictures very big but in real the are very small. -Lack of lightening and darky rooms. -Furniture need to be renewed or change because some of them had wear and tear sign. -very bad and ridiculous room service. For cleaning or changing bedding it took them almost 7 hours to come even after several calls to room service and visits to the receptions . Out of three nights stay, room service came only one day after several calls. -Reception staff is not helpful and lack etiquettes. -No proper cleaning were provided. - Lack of toiletries, towels and no regular bathroom cleaning. - They wrote in coffee maker machine at the time of booking the room but in the room no coffee maker but only a electric kettle. And when I ask then they said its never been available and with mocking style he said may be in future! Ridiculous behavior. - I will rate this hotel 4/10 and 4 i am rating just only because of near to Al Haram thats it!

As for Location, is the BEST!!

Location Was excellent, room was quiet and comfortable. Reception staff Mr. Ahmed is very nice and kind person.

1)Delay in housekeeping as they will not attend as soon as you inform them. 2)As for Parking there is a big issue for locals who are travelling by car specially if you are a non-Saudi. I parked my car on 1st day, the second day i went out to bring medicine for my wife after returning the Secuity denied me allowing to go inside saying the Ritz parking place is full. one of the Security there behaved very rudely. there was parking place but not allowed. then I agreed that I will pay then also the Security personal denied rudely saying " THERE IS NO PLACE I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU. after negotiation he allowed me to go with pay parking. - request to keep polite and gentleman. 3). first 2 nights there were kids in the neighboring room playing all the time in the corridor - request to the hotel to please dont allow kids to play in the corridor. 4) House-Keeping staff talk louder while cleaning the empty rooms which will disturb you a lot. - request to the hotel to inform them to maintain silence.

I like the nearest from the holy mosque..and the receptionist, Ms.Bashir was helpful 👌

The towel was over use and some insects in the bath and last thing the A/C control we can't adjust the thermostat
