Very convenient stay in Melnik!

The food is really good at the hotel. We only stayed there for one night while driving to Greece, but it was a great choice!

Superb

The room was big, with a nice view towards the town center and the mountains. The bad was huge and comfortable.

Overall for a short stay it was fine.

Breakfast was okay, however we tried to have lunch there as well on arrival and the waiting time was long, also the waitress got angry at us for leaving after not receiving all of the food.

No lift or ramp for suitcases. Breakfast was disappointing.

A good place to stay but not as quite up to expectations

A good location close to the village but a stiff climb back up! Good views. Waiter very helpful Good parking

Not much atmosphere. Spa facilities not all available. Wine cellar impressive but no wine in it. Steep walk back to hotel! Only for the fit.

Good location but not really worth it when compared to the price

It’s very close to the main street and all restaurants.

Breakfast was not enough for everybody and they didn’t restoke. The quality was also bad. The matress in the room was also uncomfortable.

nice hotel overlooking Melnik

great place overlooking Melnik. old style with atmosphere. nice room, breakfast included

stairs! right on the hill side with lots of stairs. no attempt by reception staff to help with luggage, quite a haul from parking to the room. breakfast could be more varied.

Great Spa hotel in the centre of Melnik.

A great hotel in Melnik, with nice spa facilities. My room was absolutely massive. Its a nice location, but of course everything is within walking distance in Melnik. I would stay here again.

The coffee machine at breakfast wasn't great, but if thats the only negative I guess it was a good stay.

Lovely hotel and very beautiful location

The breakfast choice was good and prepared well. The restaurant was soaps and offered a good view of Melnik centre. The staff were attentive and polite.

Great views, very good hotel

Great location on a hill overlooking beautiful Melnik and its hills. Calm, comfortable beds, easy parking. We liked very much the dinner in the hotel's restaurant; breakfast was not buffet but a la carte, but ok.

Room walls are thin, you hear the other guests. The hotel should not locate guests in the neighbouring rooms when many other rooms are free in the low season.

Location, friendly stuff, nice room, nice view from the room window.

"Well, there is a problem with the shower in the room, at least our room, no seperate floor and the water was spreading all over the floor, it dried quickly though., Still, kind of annoying. And there are too many stairs to climp to reach the hotel, kind of hard for people with back or heart problems"

Solid hotel with a parking lot, agreeable breakfast and comfy large bed. Excellent view of the town from the restaurant terrace.

A lot of stairs without elevator and not easily accessible for a baby carriage

Very good

Comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed and a small bathroom. Equipped with air-conditioning (although a bit old and giving away some unpleasant smell). Restaurant serving traditional Bulgarian cuisine. Very impressive lobby!

Very few sockets - to charge the phone or use a bedside lamp, you have to turn off a fridge :/

The hotel exceeded all my expectations

I loved the building and interior of the hotel. Very impressive. The staff was very patient, and always ready to answer my questions. The room was clean, the air conditioning was awesome. I was in room 206. The view on the sand pyramids from the room was great. What I loved the most was the food. I had dinner both nights at the hotel. The food was delicious! The wine too, of course :) Breakfast was very elaborate and delicious, and I liked the fact that I could choose to sit outside or inside. If ever I go back to Melnik I will be staying @ Hotel Melnik again <3

I would have loved to see more people staying at the hotel. That was of course due to the post-covid situation we are in right now. Hotel Melnik is fantastic!
