Amazing Staff, food was nice too ( but amazing but it is fine ! ). Room was pretty big and clean. Good room services. Location is amazing, and the beach is clean and nice. All activities closeby.

More deckchair ( people tend to put their towel and book it all day long ).

Lovely and Friendly staff, excellent food and drink options, fantastic location, killer beach

Shower was a little bit humble (though this was no big deal, just a little bit basic), and also the toilets in the common dining area were more often than not wet on the floor (though this itself is not uncommon in SE Asia either)

Very good

Right on the beautiful beach, nice breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, over all tasty food at their restaurant at reasonable price ( very big portions) and fast service. Also they offer to arrange boat and land transfers, maybe it is a bit more expensive than public one, but totally worth it. Grat relaxing atmosfere.

Rooms are pretty old and dark, they do need updating, at least the ones with garden view, not sure about beach front ones. Bed linen and shower towels are old and with stains that can not be washed out anymore. Also, most deck chairs on the beach is broken and in poor shape.

Place with alot of potential needs upgrades and more motivation.

+ Good location, nice beach. + Quiet area, after 22:00 the area was quiet. + Public area was clean, Room cleaning also grate. + Warm water from the shower

- Some of the staff is not very happy and helpful. Not ready to find solutions. Place has alot of potential, but unmotivated staff can ruin the whole experience. Founded many trips and solutions outside from the resort from other providers / resorts and with alot better prices. - Prices are not final, because prices does not include taxes. You will have taxes on top later. - Room was old and needs renovation. Our fan made bad noise and looked dangerous. Toilet water pressure was very weak, informed the staff some guy came to fix it but nothing changed. - Rooms walls are very thin and if you can hear your neighbours very well. Need to hope that you have quiet neighbours. - There isnt enough sunbeds and if you would like to have a sunbed you need to wake up very early, because quests are booking them with their towels. - WIFI only available in lobby, but even there sometimes very weak. - Mobile signal or 4G/3G internet not available at all in the whole resort.

Price not worth it for utilities. No kattle. Water pressure so bad. No tv. The worst part is, no conection ! No wifi, no phone line at all ! U need to go the cafe area for reach the line n internet. They also charges for 5 years old kid rm 100 per night for no reason. They just said its policy. Even he just can share bed with us, but the hotel still want to charge us EXTRA rm 200 for two nite for 5 years old children. So i have to paid almost rm 500 / day with small room (garden view !) n bad utilities.

-distance from jetty to the resort is very near -Clean room -very near to the beach -beautiful beach with some lazy chairs, and the big umbrella and it’s free to use -at the beach, very clear water, with lots of corals (although some of them are brown), and a lot of fish. -drinking and hot water is 24/7 available to get from the restaurant for free -And the service is great, super helpful people. -Special thanks to one of the lady, I think her name is Ina. She helped us a lot during the stay.

-Not many choices for restaurants. But it’s okay -Limited phone signal, but good signal for Celcom

loved it here! staff were all really welcoming, friendly and helpful. the resort is in a beautiful location on a beach next to the marine park, so good spot for snorkelling and wildlife. also some good trekking routes close by around the island. can get a short boat trip over to the fisherman village on the small island.

location a little remote, but good if that’s what you want.

First time here and wasn’t disappointed. needs to improve here and there but overall good stay

close to the beach. washing facilities in front of the room, sun decks at the beach.

not a private beach so got lots of outsiders. the restaurant staff for breakfast not very responsive. buffet was refilled after pestering the staff

Memorable stay on a paradise island

Very good breakfast, clean beach and water with an abundance of marine life, beach towels provided, all bungalows are very close to the beach.

Not enough sunbeds. There are around 45 bungalows and only about 20 sun beds. Had to wake up very early every morning to ensure I got a sunbed. There was an older waiter at the restaurant who wasn't friendly at all. Seemed to be a manager or head waiter. No greetings, no smile, rushing guests to decide what they want to eat etc. Rest of the staff are lovely. The restaurant food is a little bland...maybe they should be using more spices. Menu is varied and prices are reasonable considering the location though. Taxi driver which I booked through the resort to take me from Kuala Besut to Kota Bharu airport showed up 30 mins late. Luckily I didn't miss my flight. Air conditioner rather old and noisy. Dated bungalows which are in need of a makeover. Irritating, frequent, long, calls for prayer from the mosque on the opposite island (Perhentian Kecil)

The beach was lovely and great for snorkelling and the rooms were very clean and tidy with a lovely seating area outside

no WiFi anywhere in the hotel on in the restaurant, it would have been good if there were more beds available for guests on the beach, one member of the staff was very dismissive and unfriendly who served at evening dinner who was extremely rude, I would not stay here again, it does not offer good value for money compare to other hotels on the Perhentian islands

Lovely family vacation place

Right at the beachfront, delicious food at the Tuna Cafe, especially the BBQ. Breakfast was good with changing menus everyday.

The staff were a bit non responsive during breakfast, the items such as fruit yoghurt and watermelon were not being replenished at a faster pace, when asked from the staff, they would just say wait a minute.

Great place by the beach with lovely vegetation

Great place to stay if you like being by the sea side and in a peaceful atmosphere. The beach is clean and really pleasant. Transats are available for you to relaxe. The staff is really nice and always helpful. The asian food is lovely and western food for kids or adults are available. The bungalow is simple, clean and comfortable. You can ask for an extra bed if you travel with children. We do recommend for 3 days or though. Easy to commute from place to place with taxi boat.
