Exceptional!

The property is newly taken over from Raddison by IHCL(Taj brand). Which says everything, the hospitality, staff, food, rooms, amenities all things are upto the Taj standards. I would highly recommend the stay here. The property is in heart of Candolim. Beach is just 5mins walk.

Nothing as such. The property is still not fully operational as it is just been a month (Nov2024) it is started. So some areas are still under renovation.

It was an average overpaid stay

It was clean. The location was cozy. Some of the staff were really nice.

The house keeping entered the room twice while I was in there it made me feel unsafe. The pool wasn't operational and the Gym was really messy and not clean.

Breakfast was fine, even 75% is indian food but ok to us

service room is noit up to the mark, towels are one day yes replaced, other just one and no floor towel in bathroom, other not replaced and no tooth brush no shaving kit?? then in the second room was all provided how is this possible, no supervisor. also in pool bar no service at all

Fantastic. Early check-in with the use of swimming pool after the late check-out.

Early check-in and late check-out. Booking of the taxi. Spa. Swimming pool.

They can improve the breakfast. There was no good bacon it was mostly Indian food. Some pastries were not fresh, but after the talking with the manager I saw some improvement the day after.

There are better options at this price.

Cleaning staff & Cafeteria staff about the property Rooms are spacious and cable TV works with all channels.

1. Location: This property is deep inside a colony and access is very difficult 2. Washrooms are very small. Doors are broken. No hot water in the washroom. 3. In room service is pathetic. The first day when we ordered 3 types of snacks, 2 coffee. We got first snack 45 minutes later, second snack came after 15 mins and the last snack came another half hour. Coffee came at the same time. We ordered them at 6:00 and got all of them at 7:30, by which time dinner had already started. 4. Preparation of food is different: Same dish ordered on separate days, had different taste, items were limited and the protein was dry.

first when we reached hotel according to their claim as a 5 star property,nobody was their to help you with bags and no drivers to park your car,took more then half n hour to check inn second no toiletries placed in the washroom whatever you need you have to call them,towels was in bad shape and teared,very worst breakfast only one thing they change to chole poori to allo bhaji rest all same fruits three types bakery item was very bad in taste and yes pan cake I asked to make fresh because the one the kept was cold and hard to eat floor manager denied to serve,pool in very bad shape don’t go if you love your skin they don’t even know how much chlorine should be added,front people cold face as if they are favouring us,they spoiled my honeymoon in actual words.

Superb

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Candolim is an excellent hotel choice. Despite not having extravagant amenities, it offers great value for money. The staff is exceptionally helpful. When we arrived, we asked for an early check-in, and they efficiently arranged it by 10:30 AM without any extra charges. I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend.

Quite peaceful room a haven from the Main Street

The hotel staff are excellent in keeping the property clean and ensuring guests are well catered for. We received extra towels as requested and reception staff helped us with anniversary gifts and trips for sightseeing- nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable large bed and pillows to suit different preferences so quiet comfortable sleep is achievable. Lovely room just a little dated, the showers is hot with good water pressure and well designed with a foot wash tap, hair dryer provided. Good array of toiletries provided including shave set and toothbrush/toothpaste. Free daily large water and kettle with tea/ coffee provided as would be expected in a Radisson

The staff are constantly painting cleaning the property inside and out to ensure the interior and gardens are maintained, however the hotel is old with many fixtures tired and in a state or disrepair, around the pool this is especially noticeable as tiles are missing and step and railings broken, this really could be a safety issue in addition the pool was sandy and water cloudy I think the filter was not properly working. The hotel is not to the modern standards expected of the Radisson name. It is designed as old fashioned however that does not mean that the fixtures should be old and outdated. I stress this is not a reflection of the staff in location as they all did their utmost to ensure we had a clean room and good stay, this is an issue with the Radisson group management and quality assurance of their brand.

Property looked nice externally. Location is decently close to the beach.

Absolute lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms stink, the fabrics stink even more. Dirty curtains with stains. Rooms filled with cobwebs. Dirty water smell all around.

There was a stingy smell in the room balcony . At the ground floor just beneath our room balcony there is black water spread all over , which management should take into consideration.

Not Radisson standard

The gym has a mould problem and all the equipment is either rusted or broken. One day I was there, there was an insanely loud pool party with VERY loud music blaring from 9:30am. Not cool. The location is a terrible part of Goa. Every morning at breakfast the staff come and ask you to review the hotel, even when you're halfway through a mouthful of food, just trying to have some peace. It is not professional.

Great experience, but the swimming pool needs repair

The rooms were clean and food was good

The tiles are broken in the swimming pool and is very dangerous as it may cause serious injuries. Also, pool water was not clean to a standard level. Food was good but the service was very slow
