The Tahiti pool is fabulous. Sunbeds available most days. Our Habana was lovely, clean and although compact it provided us with a comfortable home from home for 12 nights. The kitchen has the basic utensils. We received clean sheets and towels every few days. The area where the habanas and mobile homes are is attractive and nicely maintained. The central avenue is pretty, trees, shrubs, flowers and vines provide shelter from the sun. The reception staff were nice and helpful when we had contact with them. The local bus will stop in to collect you if you request it in advance. The onsite supermarket has a good range of products and is not expensive. The train saves tired legs and gives a welcome respite from the sun. Washing machine and dryer available in the camping area. The food in the bar was nice. We only ate there on our last night as I had not heard good reports from people staying there about the food in the outdoor eating area.
Taxi available on site
There was nowhere for the older children to go to get out of the sun unless they spent time in the games room where all machines required coins to operate. The location of the campsite is rural and you would need a car to visit the area. We did walk to the nearest town - Catral- several times but it isn't an attractive town that you could wander around in.
The service in the dining area in the square is sporadic. I actually waited a full 5 minutes for my drink to arrive one night even though I could see the barkeep had poured it and had left it on the counter for the server to deliver it to my table.
The entertainment was primarily for the Spanish speaking guests, they sometimes translated what they were saying but only about 25% of the entertainment was targeted at non Spanish speaking guests. Tennis, paddle, golf are not included in the cost. The Tropical pool was not very clean but this is probably because it is so popular as this is where the slides are.
The payment system where you prepay on your wrist band is a good idea but is not foolproof, we were doubly charged at the waffle shop.
No oven in the Habana just a microwave. No electric kettle.
The quality of the food in the buffet area was passable, we ate from the buffet one night. I was glad I had not picked a package that included food.
This campsite is wasting a great opportunity to provide good food and service to a captive audience.
I spent a lot on taxis getting to see other parts of the Costa Blanca but that was my choice.

Fantastic Pools with something for Every age in the water to keep happy. The facilities were amazing Gym, Hair salon, Soft play centre, Games room, Go karts to rent, tennis supermarket. Doctor on site certain days.
The resort gardens and greenery amazing and so pretty.
The location you would definitely need a car to be able the leave the resort.
The mattress in the cabin was memory foam not a good mix in heat.
All of the entertainment was in Spainsh which made it hard for kids to join in.
The Mosquitos we're very bad due to alot of rain weeks before but there were extra measures the resort could have taken to prevent familys being bit constantly. The fun train only runs on Friday & Saturday.

Facilities
Lack of servicing the chalet. We suffered badly from mosquito and spider bites.
Inadequate kitchen utensils and hob plates that were not able to get hot enough
Far too much excessive gratuitous noise late into the night not controlled by management.
No bicycles for rental as promised. Complicated system for booking gym, pool and spa. Excessive charges over weekends

very compact with very good facilities all within well presented and clean grounds
not enough eating and drinking choices, bar in pool area didn’t open until 12 then waiting 10/15 minutes to get served, then told off for bringing in food and drinks from shop next door 😀😀

very clean and comfortable
nothing I didn’t like

The kids main pool was lovely and the super market , that's about it
The fact I was double charged and had to wait days for the refund. The food in the restaurant is pure crap. Difficult to get around the resort with small kids, should be better rental options. Toilets around the pools could be cleaned more.
