Lovely welcome in reception. Room generous size. Parking .

It was not an easy place to negotiate in rainy weather. The ramp to the rooms was covered but still wet and a little challenging to use. Parking under the building , without a lift, meant using a set of stairs then emerging into the rain to get to the room.

Spotless room and bathroom. We enjoyed the comfy bed and excellent room service.

Really enjoyed our brief but very comfortable stay at Rockpool. The room was a generous size and we had a great night's sleep. Fred was very welcoming and helpful with check in and directions. The room was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. South West Rocks is a delightful town and we hope to come back for a longer stay.

Not a real problem but the vertical distance between our car and the room meant quite a bit of shlepping of luggage, as there was no lift. If we were staying a few days or more this would not have been a problem, but having to do it twice in 24 hours took a little toll on us oldies.

Bed was so comfortable, room was pleasant

Hot water was only warm in the late evening, but lovely & hot in the morning

Excellent reception, very friendly person. The room also had a Jacuzzi!

THe wifi was quite weak.

it felt generous and we loved the balcony. it was a little tired but felt very homey and comfortable nonetheless.

as soon as we arrived we were greeted by big smiles and were made to feel at home. great place can’t wait to come back.

Curfew - no talking outside the room after 9.15pm! Really!
