A bit disappointing overall. The man at check-out saved the overall feeling of the hotel.

Location was close to subway which was good. Room was large. Staff at check out (I think from Southern Africa) and the staff manning the security were fantastic. The man at check-out saved the overall feel of the hotel for us, from having no real positive to us leaving with a smile.

Staff at check-in and staff manning the front desk during the morning were disinterested and unhelpful. Only 1 set of slippers and robe in the room, a small issue but never had that happen before. View from room was straight into the "dome" outside. Overall just not as good as expected.

سعر الفندق مبالغ فيه

الحجرة كانت جيدة وهادئة والسرير مريح الافطار كان جيد والموظفون يبذلون قصارى جهدهم لتلبية طلبات الضيوف وحتى لو كان الطعام من قائمة اليوم السابق فانهم يوفرونه شخصيا والفندق قريب من المطار

تسجيل الدخول يستغرق وقت طويل والموظف كريس وضع عراقيل على الحجز لانه عن طريق بوكنج حيث كان مذكور لديه حجز لشخص واحد وعندما اريته الحجز من حسابي في التطبيق لشخصين وطفل طلب مني التوقيع على شخصين بدون طفل ودفع مبلغ اضافي لافطار الطفل لانه اكثر من 12 سنه مع انه مكتوب في الحجز شخصين وطفل مع الافطار حسب سياسة بوكنج وتعذر بان الفندق لا يعتبر من هم اكثر من 12 سنه اطفال وبعد جدال ومناقشات وفشل محاولة الاتصال بالمدير وافق الموظف على اعطائي حسب ما هو مذكور في حجزي لشخصين وطفل مع الافطار وبين لي بانه متمنن علي بذلك وقد ازعجني هذا الشيء علما باني زبونه دائمه لبوكنج ولم تصادفني مثل هذه الحالة طيلة سفراتي السابقة لمعظم دول العالم

Great hotel with a great selection and choice food, gym facilities and pool located on the rooftop.

Room was spacious, clean with lovely view. The food selection in the buffet and restaurant was exceptional and the service was 2nd to none. Airport transfer is short and cheap in a taxi, and the hotel is ideally located to make your way north of south of the city.

This section is not applicable as, i enjoyed every part of my stay. I will be booking back in with the hotel for my next visit taking place in 2025.

My trip to Doha

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crown plaza Doha hotel and I wanted to share my positive experience.The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Additionally, the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I also wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Sara at the front desk for her hospitality and assistance during my check-in process. She made everything quick and easy, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Crown Plaza Doha and I look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

الفندق نظيف ومريح والمسبح رائع كنت مع عائلتي. وخدمة صف السيارة جميلة جدافندق راقي يستحق الزيارة

أعجبني الفندق. لكن. الغرفتين التي حجزتهما كانتا متفرقتبن. توقعت انت تكون مع بعضها ويفصل ببنهما باب ان شاءالله في المرة القادمة يكون حجزي الغرفتين مع بعض يفصل بينها باب. وشكرا

I highly recommend the hotel for any business purpose. Location is super strategic!

Staff were super friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room service staff were nice and polite. I even requested complimentary water, tea and coffee and they were glad to provide them.

-موقع الفندق قريب من أغلب الاماكن السياحية و سوبر ماركت كبير -نظافة و خدمة مميزة وشقة واسعة جداً -موظفين بدون إستثناء محترمين و خدومين -أدوات الاستحمام و المناشف و أدوات المطبخ على مستوى عالي

-ملاحظة لا تعيب الفندق ولا تغير من قناعتي أن الفندق ممتاز أبواب الحمامات الزجاجية تحتاج الحذر خاصة أبواب السحب
