Super coin pour faire des excursions, même (peut-être surtout) hors saison.

La maison est dans une charmant jardin. Dans une petit village (besoin s'une voiture). Hôtes charmants.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits pour manger dans le village hors saison.

A highly recomended place.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Really nice and cozy garden with a large pool. The place has a good restaurant and in the small town there are several more restaurants and very small supermarkets.

Beautiful village in great location

Great location, really good pool area. Everything you need for bbq. A lot of attraction points nearby.

There was no air conditioner in the rooms. Only fan. It was enough in 30C but it should be hard when temperatures will be higher.

A beautiful place, amazing views, great facilities, in a remote village that still has all necessary

A fantastic location: the views are excellent, the village (Montejaque) has quite a few facilities - small shops, cafes, ATMs, etc. The facilities in the house were great (although - keep in mind, not all houses have airco, but that's in the description). There are BBQ facilities in the common area and in he private garden of the house (the coal was availble which was great!). The pool is also great. The place, in general, is lovely - very quiet, quite a few things to see around; don't miss the caves!

Very minor things: some of the sunbeds had cracks and were shaky. The outfitting of the houses is not modern, but it was OK anyway.

cant fault anything other than maybe aircon is needed for summer.

Outstanding spot in a nice mountain village. Highly recommended

Everything was great as usual. An excellent two storey terraced house with great heating (it is February and 660m) and everything we needed was provided. Good parking too

The common BBQ area next to the children's park and swimming pool Also, the beds were very comfy

One of the houses had 1 of the the bedrooms at the ground floor and to go to the loo you had to go up 2 floors.

We had a wonderful two night stay.

A beautiful location. The accommodation, garden and pool area are all wonderful. Brigitte and Pedro are fantastic hosts - so friendly.

A hair dryer would be great.

The casitas were lovely. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Owners were very attentive ,when we got there. Showed us around and explained everything.Very friendly couple. Great little restaurant on site too. The food is fabulous Will definitely be back. .

Good

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt really special to stay in one of the lovely white towns of Andalusia, to be able to walk to the main square in a few minutes and to enjoy village-life.

The house was smaller then expected. It was actually the size they advertised, but there was really big furniture in the livingroom (which we didn't use), making it feel way too full. The kitchen was too small to really cook, nowhere to put the dishes. We missed airconditioning in the middle of summer. It was hot outside and although it did get cooler at night, opening the windows didn't really help a lot. We had a nice kingsize bed but still didn't sleep a lot unfortunately.

A great place in a beautiful location owned by lovely people

Very nice and helpful owners, great pool area, lovely casita, beautiful location in the middle of the village surrounded by mountains, great restaurant (La Casita)

You need to have a car; the bus only goes twice a day and there is one (very nice) taxi driver in the village. Make sure you book your rental car in Ronda in advance, otherwise there aren’t any cars available anymore (which we experienced).

Lovely garden,very tranquil, very lush, very clean. Also goes for the appartment. Pierre is very friendly and Montejaque is a paradise.

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were lovely. We traveled with 3 young kids and the playground and the pool were wonderful. They have their own parking area and we had plenty of room to park our large minivan. The view of the mountains was beautiful. There is a nice walk in town up to a lookout point overlooking the town and plenty of hiking nearby.

We really liked the swimming pool, the garden, the big and comfortable beds, proximity to the town (few minutes walk to the main square and supermarket/bakery), easy parking and the nice hosts.

Excellent place to stay with a baby.

My wife and I stayed in an apartment with our 3 month old baby and we couldn't think of a better place to go on holiday. Very nice and quiet small town with very friendly owners. We actually booked extra days because we liked it so much.

The house can be very cold at night when you go in april. But the owners have enough heaters available.

beauty and comfort with helpful and frindly hosts.

simply but beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable layout and all the necessities. the property has heating for chillier nights , small garden, 2 terraces with beautiful views. there is also a communal area with wifi near the pool in the gardens though we didn’t use this ourselves.

Lovely house, got everything you need (like tea towels and a pair of scissors), the owners have really put love in this place, even in the playground. And an amazing mountain view! Definitely recommend!

The amount or steps to our villa. Pool toilets were closed . And pool area needs a little bit of a fix .

Super relaxed

The whole property was beautifully landscaped and the pool was amazing. The view is also very nice. We loved our time here! The house was very comfortable and clean. Definitely the perfect place to relax after a good day hiking or visiting other places.

We had a lovely stay at the Casitas de la Sierra and hope to visit Montejaque again.

Gorgeous grounds!!! Loved the location. Friendly, accommodating hosts and staff. Loved the little front garden where we ate and the kids enjoyed the pool and trampoline.

No wifi connection during our stay due to general network problems in the town so we couldn't work; but that just forced us to relax and enjoy our surroundings more.

Owners are lovely; accomodation is perfect; views to die for; perfect for kids. Will be back!!

Keys were handed personally to us by Brigitte & Pedro; they were perfectly sterilised beforehand. Brigitte and Pedro live next door and they are always on site to help. The views from property are staggering and the air is as clean as it gets. Ample parking and great facilities for kids. The onsite restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby (under an hour's drive). The on-site pool is great and perfect for kids (cleaned twice a day!)

The Wifi recycles your access "token" every 30mins or so...Gets a bit annoying.

Totally relaxing and refreshing in the mountains.

Fantastic location and a lovely garden. It is really nicely looked after. There is a kids area which is nice if needed. Use of a bbq. The house was very clean and fresh. Dogs are also welcome. Pleasant hosts who went out of their way to help us on arrival.

Sometimes there is nothing wrong with anything.
