great value for money holiday in the sunshine and great views from the top of the hotel in both the day time and night

the property was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

the walk from the hotel down to the town is around 25 minutes or a 5 minute taxi for only a few euros. mattresses on bed could be comfier but otherwise great value for money stay

It was good. I liked it, but i would never chose to come back, and i would not recomand to a friend

It has a good view, all the rooms are orientated towards sunset. The rooms are big. And looks clean everywhere you look.

The rooms have an unwelcome aspect. Everything is old in the room. The beds are old and makes sounds. The kitchen is old. The TV is old :), It gives you an unwelcome feeling. And is far from the city center and all the good stuff.

The view is stunning . The staff were amazing

The first room we had I found bacon in the microwave!!! As I'm vegetarian this upset me. And the lighting wasn't good ... But the staff changed our room and that room was perfect

Great fun good location reasonable prices and friendly staff

Food was okay from pool bar. Location was perfect as my friend is a resident there which is why I wanted to stay there. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the week.

Room could have been cleaned a little better and some extra towels.

The views over adeje are spectacular. Nice clean rooms which are massive..

Glad when the 2 weeks was up.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen area adequate. The on site shop provided most basic essentials.

The apartment was very cold in the evening and needed to ask for extra bed blankets. The music from the pool area was non stop from lunch onwards and got really annoying and loud and in the end had to go and complain to reception but were told it wasn't anything they could do about it as it was a separate manager or something. We felt forced to walk down into the town every day to get away from it and faced the hill of death on the way back up or pay for a taxi. The settee was very uncomfortable. The shower washed all over the bathroom floor however careful you tried to be. No sun on the balcony till late afternoon by which time the pool music made it impossible to enjoy. Had a pizza the first night in the pool bar and it was literally charcoal underneath and sloppy on top. Never ate there again.

Great location, and friendly staff. I’d recommend hiring a car always to move around. Most apartments need updating as a

Staff are friendly. Location is good and secure. Has parking for your car.

Feels dated at times. Depending on the apartment you get it has views or not. Plug sockets all broken and dangerous. We wanted a big bed but got 2 small. Don’t provide cleaning service if you cook food or even products to clean it yourself. Pool music too loud for too long

Lovely hotel pool, restaurants etc but rooms could be better

Staff were all lovely and the hotel had lots on offer for all ages! Food was lovely too.

The rooms are really basic and unhomely. A sea view on the second floor up I wouldn’t class as a sea view as the other apartments are in the way mainly.

The position of the apartment is quite good, close to the atractions from south tenerife.

The room was not clean, nor the bathroom. The sheets were not changed once in 1 week. The beds were not comfy

High up, simple, nice views, clean main area, nice staff. Shop good and bar prices reasonable.

Nothing open after 6pm. Fine to walk down but not up.

the only good thing in this hotel is a view

compared with other 3 starts hotel in Tenerife - this one is so far away from ‘medium’. starting from the point 1) the restaurant doesn’t work with an excuse ‘Because of covid’. come on guys, everything is opened on the island, all the hotels provide ‘all inclusive plan’ even 2stars apartments. all restaurants and pars are opened since last years 2) location with nice view from pool area. paying 100 e without breakfast for simple room with broken and old sofa you get a wall view. 3) reception is super rude. 4) room is not clean. found hair in the wardrobe, shower and etc. 5) beds … better sleep on the floor
