Horrible

Nothing, it was horrible

The staff was not polite and not cooperative at all, they didn’t provide any amenities. When asked gave me a dirty blanket without cover. Breakfast was strictly 9-10 and no flexibility, and they literally have no choices for breakfast. No sense of privacy, they keep looking at you when you go out when you come in, they opened my door many times just for payment and stuff on their own.I wasn’t even allowed a lik bit privacy of my own. My frnd visited me just for 1 hour and they charged him 20 gel just for the visit. Is it fair? They don’t speak any English, when you try to communicate they ignore. Im extremely disappointed, and i request for refund from booking.com. This was horrible.

Overall it was nice, expec the water and kettle issue. They should provide atleast water and kettle.

Host was good, She provided nice breakfast and on time.

They did not provided the drinking water and kettle. So we had to request hot water every time when we needed.And for the water they asked double charge.(2Lari/1.5 Ltr outside, they asked 5 Lari). The rooms were available but they did not allow us to check in early, so we had to pay extra for early check in. ( when I was booking the room, I asked for in case of early check in is it possible without extra payment.? That time they were said , If rooms are available and ready they will provide without pay. But they didn’t). Advice for the person who is going to book this apartment, kindly make sure about those pints mentioned above. Thank you.

• Pretty near to metro station (10 mins)

• There are no normal windows (leading outside) in the rooms • Breakfast is really poor (just two options: buckwheat with a sausage or an egg with a sausage) plus a cup of tea • It was cold inside (17-18* C) • No kettle in the room, they sell a cup of tea/coffee for $2 • Poor Internet connection • Reception doesn’t work 24/7

Not A Paradise Place

The price is good

Rooms are not cleaned everyday. We were expecting it since it was advertised as a hotel. Location is also far from the center of the city

Poor

room was clean

When we arrived we waited for 20mins to get checked in as the owner was still not there. We are a family of 3. 2 adults and 1 baby. I booked only for 2 people as I thought the baby will be free of charge like in most hotels. However, when the lady owner arrived she was shouting and pointing to our bookings. We really couldnt understand I she was speaking in their lungage. Then the man with the lady said that they will charge us an additional 60 lari because we have a baby. I told them that the baby will not be sleeping on a cot and will just be co sleeping with us on the bed. However, the lady was still shouting and very upset. We paid the additional 60 lari because we dont want to find another hotel as we have luggages and baby. You can also hear the noise outside from the room that they gave us. Otherwise, the room was clean. We were just not happy with that lady who was all shouting during our 1st day.

Super clean, comfortable rooms, close to airport, very nice staff.

The breakfast contained things we don't usually eat in the mornings (sausage and buck wheat), and no milk nor coffee, but other than that great!

Good

The stay was good. I liked the staff however in the beginning I was not feeling good after paying 25 GEL as penalty for coming early and my previous hotel also I arrived early and checked out 1 hour late without any penalties. Almost during any time you will find Russa is ready to help.

You can't use the kitchen even for making coffee. You have to call someone to prepare the water for you. The room has no windows or balcony.

It should be classified as a guest house, not a hotel. The neighbourhood is not the best (but then again, I was disappointed by the entire city), the staff should learn a few words in English

The room itself is ok Some staff are nice

The breakfast wasnt good. Better book a place without it. There was this woman who was super unfriendly. Although the breakfast was between 8-10 she made us come down from 8 am as she cannot handle when all guests are out. Well, I guess it was her problem. It was noisy all the time talking loudly The rooms are not cleaned during our 3 day stay at all.

Lady at reception is the best evwn though i checked in at 4 am. Room super nice and clean. Totaly worth the money if staying a night or two. For longer stay maybe is nicer closer to the city .

Ok for low budget travelers

Stay here only If you are very low budget traveler. The host is good, doesn’t speak any English but you can use google Translator to communicate. The room is big enough for 2 people. My Room and bathroom was very clean and neat. Breakfast is very simple and almost same everyday.

Far from city center (near to airport). You need to walk around 10 minutes to reach metro station. No water in room No kettle in room No soap/shampoo in bathroom Cleaning not done after check in If you inform them then they will change the towel and remove the dust bins.

The hotel is quite and clean the staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the lady there I can't recall her name but she made me feel like home preparing the breakfast every morning with a wonderful and loving smile, please send my appreciation to her I wish I will get the chance to repeat this experience again, May God guide you and bless you. The distance is quite far from the city center and I would have been nice if they have someone to speak English in the reception

Superb

Room was good neat and clean. The staff was friendly even though the language was a problem. The food and other services was great. Enjoyed staying there

The staff is very difficult to communicate with. Beds are super hard, no aircondition, wifi is very weak.
