Schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wie schon beim letzten Mal sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und modernes Personal. Gerne wieder.

Leider war die Mini-Bar leer.

Always good reception and stay on central hotel Biendo in Chemnitz

Biendo is always the best hotel in Chemnitz. Best location, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean and functional. They support us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out during our moving.

We booked a room for 3 people, but they accommodated us in 2 rooms. With a 3-year-old kid, next time I will book just one room. They declared that one double room was available, but because of the booking, they could not manage to change it. But it was not a big problem.

Amazing confort in very central region of Chemnitz

The location is perfect! The room is wide and has space for luggage and enough for 3 people. The service was perfect. They provide a kettle for heating water for my son (3 years old). They were available late at night (22h30) and ready to help. Also the checkout, they supported us in holding de luggage meanwhile we can transport it in parts to our other location.

The hotel staff working at the breakfast cannot explain what was served there. We do not know if was possible to make scrambled eggs or anything hot. I believe they charge around EUR 12 for the breakfast: It is too much for such a lack of information about or the quality of the service there. We decided not to have breakfast in Biendo and found many bakeries nearby. However, this fact did not shadow our very good stay at this hotel. I recommend it to anyone coming to Chemnitz.

Good location-my second time at Biendo!

Friendly, Helpful staff. Clean room, nice breakfast. Central location.

The room is small for two hard side suitcases. Space to open them is limited.

Friendly people. Clean room and bathroom. Our bicycles could be safely parked inside. Very good breakfast buffet.

In the city center, nice view from the window (we had room on the 5th floor). Modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Strong wifi.

Clean room, location.

Very warm and no Aircon. Fans provided not a good alternative. We have young children and the 6th floor windows opened. Options for larger families unclear (booking.com's fault). The two doubles we were given were on different wings, albeit on the same floor.

Comfortable city and business hotel

The hotel sends quality information before the arrival (unfortunately, I failed to pay sufficient attention, so I missed the hint on how to reach the parking, which has changed since my last visit). The rooms to the front side have a splendid view over Chemnitz. The breakfast is a nice selection and worth the option. The hotel is close to everything relevant in Chemnitz. Rooms are clean and modest.

I still think that the showers should be re-designed such that taking a shower doesn't water the place where you'd stand at the sink. Would be nice to get a second key card even when being the only occupant of a room, so you can charge devices while you're out - I guess you just need to ask for it.

Park place card was not working when I tried to leave early morning - 5:45 am - as card was invalid. Fortunately a man helped me and let me leave. Thanks for him.
