Disappointing

1. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and made the check-in process easy and efficient. 2. The hotel's location is great, and provided convenient access to nearby amenities and attractions. 3. The room was suitable for one person and provided a comfortable space to rest.

1. The room services were quite tough. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told to inquire at the reception, and it was delayed because the staff was cleaning the next room.. 2. There was only one old towel in the toilet, and the washbasin in the kitchen was too smelly and nasty, making it unpleasant to use. 3. The toilet had an unpleasant odor, which made for an uncomfortable experience. 4. The mini-box keypad security was locked, and I was unable to use it during my stay. 5. My previous stay at your hotel was pleasant, and I had high expectations this time as well. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. 6. I also noticed that the tissue provided in the room was of low quality and had a bad smell, which made it difficult to use.

I reserve on 17-18 Nov from booking , but I receive massage that I cancelled !? I didn’t cancel and I stay on the hotel !?

Improve on the services specially the swimming pool attendants and receptionist

1. I have a bad experience in the room services because the room we got shares A/C with another room, and the other room dislikes cold temperature (19 degrees), they complain to the 2nd shift concierge and this is very annoying specially when you are asleep and they suddenly wakes you up just to inform you to adjust the temperature to 25 degrees and/or turn of the A/C for 1-hour, very absurd!! 2. Rude swimming pool attendant, specially the receptionist and the swimming instructor

1. They have an indoor pool, which is good but very rude attitude of receptionist and the swimming Trainor. 2. The bell boys are very very nice 3. Very near to shopping and restaurants, near the city

Superb

Location was superb. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick and smooth.. room was clean.

Washrrom amenities were not clean.

Good except the deceitful maintenance guy.

Location is ideal but the parking is a bit compromised.

The timer setting of aircondition is on 1 hour. After 1 hour the A/C will shut down. I asked the maintenance to reset the timer which he pretended to fixed but actually not.

Nice place with quiet enjoying relaxing room.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Enough space for parking. Gym is available.

There's no close by grocery store.

Value priced hotel in downtown Khobar that delivers!

Simple, clean, and efficient is what you get at Grandeur East. Incredibly comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, easy access in and out, and the price is right. Access to the professional gym and pool next door is a plus. I highly recommend Grandeur East as a value priced hotel that delivers!

Breakfast was a little lacking, although the made to order eggs were awesome. Check-in took a long time. But, totally worth it for the price, comfort, and location.

False information about swimming pool..

Location

Asking money for swimming pool as its not part of the hotel, but they mentioned in the booking its included. We went to Reception but he told its policy , you have to pay. Wifi signals very poor in first floor. Sometimes disconnected automatically.

Expect the Unexpected !!

1. Location is great 2. Staff not bad just so so 3. Wifi is nice 4. Easy/comfortable hotel access

1. Egyptian Staff is too much curious,he asked personal question such as why do not bring your family; it’s not his business to bring my family or not !! Shame on him!! 2. I didn’t find any staff at reception desk. And when I checked out reception keep talking out the staff were talking outside the help desk. You wouldn’t recognize between guests & staff. 3. Once my neighbor switched on his AC, I heard like a thunder in my room; too much noise. 4. Toilet is already broken before I check in so mind when you sitting 😂

Not comfortable at all

Only the location

The room smells like ashtray, no sound isolation I heard every steps and sounds in corridor, Also the door wasn't fixed in it's place tightly and hitting the latch all the night. I couldn't sleep well

Air conditioning wasn't work. Hotel staff couldn't do anything to fix it. No action has been taken

Great and Satisfying

The room was clean, furniture was in good condition, toilet and bathroom is clean also, generally its comfy clean place.

The parking behind the hotel and basement parking both was small and difficult to find a spot for your vehicle..

Overall it was perfect.

It was Two bedroom apartment with two toilets and a living room.

They have lesser staff and technician for quick maintenance if required.
