Staff were the nicest and most helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and overlooking the magnificent blue horizon and sea. The 3 pools were quite small for the amount of guests.
Board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was ok nothing to cry about nor to praise.
Well, all-inclusive is not my kind of traveling/staying but I were there to meet relatives.
I, for one don’t like crowded places or mass consumption so I would never have ended up in such a place. Wasn’t the best experience for me albeit the commodities were very good.

Wonderful place, beautiful location, resort and rooms. Friendly andhelpful staff.
Gym was poor, only few equipment and over half of them were broken. Would be easy fix.
Cleaning of room floors not good, should be vacuumed and washed.

- the beach next to the hotel is very nice !
- the room we had had a very nice view on the sea ! (not all rooms have that)
- the staff was very friendly !
- you walk a lot to go from A to B (there is a shuttle organised if you want).
- the amount of people when the hotel is full, which you can feel in the restaurants
- the food of the buffet for lunch and dinner which is not very good (but you cannot expect better with so many guests) (however there is plenty of food so you will always find something eatable).
- the hotel is far away from shops in the surroundings. so in the evening there is not much to do.

Mr Pizza man made the best pizza. He served each slice with a warm smile and he was passionate about presentation skills. I had pizza every night. Guaranteed to put a smile on your child's face...or any pizza addict. Great Stone oven. Great man.
Also, the facilities were great we enjoyed playing tennis every day, there pools are great and all staff were lovely:) the rooms were comfortable and the all inclusive food was brilliant and such good value!
Where our room was, was very close to where the domestic staff kept their stock which meant they often chatted outside our room waking us up (however this is only 1 specific room so most should be fine!) Also just FYI, The beach's sand is more 'grit' like rather than sand

The view is spectacular
The rooms are too simple, bathroom has no storage space. The beach is a long walk from the hotel, in 40 degrees weather is hard to make your way back up the hill.

The beach was amazing, the staff apart from Sofia were warm and helpful, i love the greeks!
Sofia at the reception is rude.
First time in greece, been to Rhodes before crete and this place didn't feel like home, as my 8 yr old daughter suggested first night at the hotel. Way over rated and over priced. In Heiden sight would've been better to look at other places. As we were on half board i didn't have cash and i normally use my credit card, Sofia didn't want tp accept 5 euro for the Beach bar and another 5 euro for the pool bar and she was imminent to charge the staff back. All other staff members werr absolutely amazing apary from Sofia..

1. View
2. Hotel's space
1. No daily program
2. No sports
3. Number of people on reception
4. Wifi network is dead
Basically, it would be much better to have those 4 nuances fixed, because if you really want to try everything and not be in a rush, take 5-7 days.

Super nice staff and great atmosphere. Nice pools, good food and a beautiful beach!

Position and spacious renovated room with amazing sea view
The restaurant was quite crowded and noisy at peak hour.
Waiters at restaurant quite often indifferent to the customers needs
Food (due to the high numbers of guests) in the average.
Good for families with children but less for couple who are looking for a quite place for spending holidays
