This is a wonderful property for families - four bedrooms and four baths with a large living room area. The property was clean, however be sure to bring extra supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc) as there weren't enough for our stay, and extras were not delivered after a call to the property manager. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again due to the location, cleanliness, and style of the home.

This house has gone down since two years ago when we last stayed there. All of the beds were deformed and very uncomfortable. The pullout couch in the den was dirty and very uncomfortable. The coffee machine was broken there was curtains missing in the masters bedroom. The ac wasnt working for 2 days. Tjis place has seen better days. We were very sad how much this house changed in 2 years.

As soon as we arrived the house was not very clean. There was trash on the floor and the living room rug had clearly not been vacuumed. There were no clean sponges to use to do dishes, no extra paper towels, trash bags, or toilet paper. The dishwasher leaked water on the floor when ran.
The beach was very beautiful and in a good location, but the house itself was definitely a disappointment.

We always stay in Las Conchas when we visit Rocky Point, and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of room for 7 adults, kitchen fully stocked, and the beach was lovely! Will be back!

We had 4 adults and 8 kids on this trip. It was non stop playing from the time we got there to the time we left. And we came over a busy Lavor Day Weekend. There was plenty of space in the home for everyone to spread out and hang out and sleep. The air conditioner on the property worked great, which is always a big deal for us! Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was really really nice.
The reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is that the inside of the microwave was really dirty from previous guests. For that to be the only issue, was a win! The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of bedding and blankets. I do wish there was more bathroom towels. For how large our group was we couldve used a few more towels. I didnt see a note about bringing your own until we were already on our way. So if you need more than 2 bath towels per bathroom bring more!!
We did need to call security while we were there and they were quick to respond to the issue and help us out. CasaGo was very helpful in getting us in touch with security, when the number I was provided didnt work. CasaGo had a very easy check in process and even easier check out process. Its a little different than booking through a private party, but the process was just as easy.
We loved the house, the beach, CasaGo, and would recommend anyone stay here!!! We had no issues with the home or property. It was beautiful!!

We take a biannual retreat to get away from Phoenix and regroup as owners of a fast growing company. This was our third time staying at Playa Vida, and we will be back for a fourth and more! It's convenient to town, quiet and allows us to accomplish all we need in our meetings, while also relaxing when it's time for that.

The house itself is beautiful although the pics don't really look like it, mostly the bedrooms. I loved the location and the beach was nice. The house had some major electrical issues. When we took a shower and touched the handles in the shower it would shock us. This was the case in 3 out of 4 bathrooms and that's because the 4th bathroom had plastic handles. We had to put plastic bags on the handles so we could touch them. When we would use the coffee maker the entire side of the house would lose power. The microwave would not work. Pretty much the house did not have enough electricity to power everything. Hair dryers wouldn't work I could go on and on it was a nightmare. We called Casago they came out and spent hours trying to fix it with no success. I see from past comments this happened 5 month prior so I'm surprised there are still issues. Casago did refund us for one night stay. We loved the house itself and would have rented again but the electricity needs some major renovating and should not be rented to anyone until it's fixed.

We had a good time this is a good place to stay for larger family. Access to the beach is fabulous. Neighborhood seemed safe.

We loved that there were 3 king suites in the house! Off one of the suites is a second living area or kids zone so bringing a family was t a big deal. The beach front location was great and the new patio furniture was relaxing each evening. The kitchen was stocked with anything we forgot. Overall we had a great time!

We have been visiting Rocky Point for 30 years and stayed at almost every resort and houses in Costa Diamante. Through out that time we have never had such poor dishonest service from property management. We arrived to check in at 3 pm and were told by the manager that there was some electrical issue with the house and the previous tenants had been electrocuted. We no longer wanted to stay at the house for fear of the same happening, but he asssured us the problem was being taken care of. We were told the electrician would take about another 1 1/2 hours to finish up. So they asked us kill some time before heading to the house. We figured a short delay was something we could disregard and go have some late lunch. We arrived at the house at 4:30 pm as indicated and still no power. The hallway was taped off with platic sheets and behind it a demolished portion of the concrete wall with 30+ electrical wires sticking out. We were never notified before our arrival that this was going on and I had to call Casago. They estimated another 2 hours before the problem was fixed and electricity was back up. In the meantime we had to sit outside or inside in the dark while being eaten by mosquitos, had food that went bad due to us not being able to refrigerate it and a whole day wasted, waiting on this problem to be fixed. The electrical issues where fixed 5 hours later. Not once did the manger reach out to us to apologize for all of the inconvenience. We were promised by Elizabeth (Casago rep) a refund of 1 night which didn't happen and being moved to another house which also did not happen. We made over 40 phone calls to Casago over a 4 day stay it was the worst experience ever. We had no hot water in the kitchen and shower. However, we were so upset and tired of all the horrible service that we just dealt with it and took cold showers. Before we left we called Casago once more and spoke to Christian who said his manager approved an extra night at another house as compensation. We were made to feel like they were doing us a favor. It was shocking to say the least! We initially rented a four bedroom house to accommodate 12 and they set us up in a 3 bedroom house that only accommodates 8. Family had to sleep on a blow up mattress in the living room walkway. I will never again rent a house managed by Casago. If you want a relaxing vacation do not rent homes managed by Casago.

Pictures need to be updated, bedrooms don't look like they do on website and house needs to be updated, problems with refrigerator not cooling. Appliance and electrician had to be called. Circuit breaker burned through barrier. Management was quick to resolve problem. A/C worked great and loved being on the beach.

I haven't been to RP in over 18 years, and don't recall where I stayed. I was really nervous about going again, especially the safety of where we were staying (while still looking at options) needless to say, this house is amazing, felt safe, couldn't have been any closer to the beach :) house was clean and VERY well stocked with anything we needed. Definitely hoping to make this trip a tradition and stay here again!

The main living space is smaller than what we anticipated. Overall the house was great. Just wish we knew the living room area was not as big as the pictures depicted. The extra living room was great for the kids to use. The beach was amazing!

The house was a little hard to find, but it was a nice house with great AC! We really enjoyed our stay. This house really had everything we needed it, except washer and dryer. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely rent it again!

Great location in Las conchas. Step right off the patio onto the sand.
Overall was a great property. Three master bedrooms plus a bunk room with a full bath right across. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect - We already rebooked!
Absolutely gorgeous place. A lot of space and very well appointed. The description is spot on and left out nothing. We are three business partners who used the space for our semi-annual retreat, so we didn't utilize it so much for recreation, however we did enjoy the firepit and the beach. We did not use the kitchen much. We have already booked this place for our second half retreat in July.

playa Vidas, Las Conchas
This beautiful home gets 10 stars for its location to the beach,. It was wonderful to open our doors and be right on the beach. Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing. Thank you for making your home available to us. We hope to visit again soon. Then entire family loved it!.

An experience
The location is perfect. The house needs updates, carpets are dirty. Outside shower area needs clearing off sand to be used properly. Grill does not work, even after we bought propane. Hot water in two bathrooms were not working but only took management 1 1/2 days to fix. Also, strange occurance, we left to lunch and came back to strangers sitting on deck with loungers pulled out to palapa. They wouldn't leave, even after we came out to pick up towels. Had to call security to usher them off property. Beach was awesome with family but quite an experience!

Weekend away
We enjoyed our stay very much, wonderful property right on the beach! The views, the patio was everything! We had 7 adults fit very comfortably, with everything you need for a nice, quiet weekend away at the beach. The check in process was easy, once we found the location. Also, getting to the property was easy, bu directions were a little confusing. Now that we know the area and upon returning, there will be no problem. Even though we had trouble locating the office for check-in, once we found it, staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful. We would stay in future properties based on this experience.

Beautiful Home 😍
It was a beautiful home with a beautiful ocean view. But unfortunately the tv's from each room was a total fail none of them worked just the living room and The master room close by the ocean view on the left, the dvd player would open and close by itself at nights. Was a little strange and Last thing the fridge wouldnt cool . But other than that we had a great time and the beds were comfy. 👍

Awesome location!
The house was hard to find based on the address listed on the website. If you Google the house name the map will take you directly to the location. Some of the fixtures in the property were not working but that was not a big deal. We went to the middle of July when I think Rocky point is that it’s hottest and the AC was functioning perfectly. When the tide goes down after 5 PM there’s a small patch of beach that opens up to an island and the kids love playing there every afternoon. The house was clean and well-kept we will definitely be visiting again.

Website Photos
We had an overall good experience here. The photos online are nothing like the actuall house however. The photos make it look super luxurious and the house when we arrived was just ok. Not really what we expected.

Great Location!
The location cannot be beat - it's in the first row of houses right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We did have some minor issues - the check-in process was inconvenient and cumbersome. Next time we will likely look for something with self check-in. The house was not spotless, and it needs a quite a bit of maintenance and is a bit outdated. The AC did not work very well, and there was a heatwave. The kitchen lights are extremely dim, making it hard to cook a meal. We had a great stay, but would likely choose a different property next time.

Almost Perfect
Our experience was almost a perfect stay. The property inside and out was very clean and met our expectations. The only complaints we had were the kitchen light and fan not working, the middle bedroom light and fan not working, the outlet outside in the rear porch facing towards the beach is not working. The shower area outside is fully surrounded by beach sand and the picture provided by (VRBO) does not even compare to the trench we showered in. All complaints listed, were reported to the Casago front desk office.

Family spring break
checking into the property was so fast and easy, everything was organized and ready to go when we arrived. Once we got to the house, it was even more beautiful the the pictures. Lots of space for the whole family. The little ones enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach and the adults loved just watching the kids play from the porch. Definitely recommend.

Great house
Great house loved the layout, didn’t love the number of towels we had or that there was not washer an dryer. That is a must to wash beach towels and other things especially if you don’t have enough shower towels to start with. Overall great house one of our favorites!

Great property!
Great location and layout. Clean and accommodating for the family stay.
The ONLY issues were....We had a hard time getting the WiFi password for the first two days. The grill is in disrepair and needs to be fixed or upgraded.
