We had a brief visit to Siena to meet up with family. Communication was speedy and efficient. The location meters from the Campo was excellent and allowed easy walking options to all the sights and back streets.

Close to city center, old building with history
Breakfast was not very good, we didn’t get plates, croissants or any other bread. But there were plenty different sweet cookies.

Achamos um ótimo custo benefício , um quarto limpo e confortável que fiz do lado da praça mais famosa da cidade.

Located in a very central place, vnear the Place del Campo. A very good, cheap and traditional restaurant Locanda just on the other side of the road.
Perfect in all senses :-)

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room.
We stayed there for 3 days. The second day the room started being cold and the heating was not working. The third day it was even colder and we complaint about the heating not working. We had been told that there were issues with the heating system and that someone will visit to room to look into it. A few hours later we received a text that apart from heating issues, there would be no hot water. We asked for a portable heating device which was delivered to us late evening.
We appreciate that boiler breakdowns can happen to anyone but we would expect the hotel to deliver heating devices without us asking several times for those.

Croissants and chocolate cake. Last one was a first for us. For breakfast I mean
There was also yoghurt and succo fi frutta.
And gazillion cookies, tempting
We love cappuccino in the morning. Machine was okay but we soon went to the Torrefazione very close by. Also Fabbrica Bader

I had a late check in, the manager was constantly in touch. Good breakfast. Very good location in the very center.
It was very cold in the room, there were problems with the air conditioner. After the rain, the room is damp and cold, things are damp, hot water is turned off. If there is a problem with the air conditioning, why did they turn off the hot water? The price does not match the quality.

The Staff was helpful and friendly, location more than great, clean to the point you could eat from the floor :)
Breakfast was bit disappointing (no cheese, only sweet, croissants could be fresh, not reheated). The rest well prepared, on time.

Footsteps from upstairs a little noisy but not too long.

Excellent position by the Campo square to start your old city adventure. Very helpful staff. Very good Price/performance ratio.
If you have a lot or heavy luggage, it is complicated to get to the hotel by car. However, the staff was very helpful in navigating the streets and recommending where to park.
Breakfast was all sweet. We would recommend to add a mix of local cheese, cotto and vegetables.

We could not believe to stay that close to del Campo! The very old tower house was nicely renovated for present expectations. Great breakfast (to Italian standards).
The balcony was to small for two chairs, but probably this was not built (couple hundreds of years ago) for tourist of 21st century :)

Location, near city centre
Poor breakfast with lower level of choices (e. g. scrambled eggs, hot meals etc). We received croisant and little baguette and than we didnt see any personnel at all.
