Pior experiência da minha vida! Bateram meu carro e me gerou um transtorno imenso. Ainda fui tratada com desprezo e sarcasmo. Equipe despreparada e valor cobrado foi superior ao apresentado no momento da reserva. Decepção!

Ok, mas poderia melhorar manutenção

O café da manhã é muito bom. Há calabresa no molho, ovos mexidos, pãozinho francês, brioche e pães de forma. Queijo, presunto, blanquet, geleia, cereais, bolos, suco de laranja natural - uma raridade! - e suco de manga também. Café, chocolate... Enfim, um padrão diferente dos Ibis não Styles. Há uma máquina profissional pra fazer tostex, mas os hóspedes infelizmente não colaboram e vivem deixando vazar queijo, molho. Não notei e meu lanche ficou com uma mancha verde nas duas manhãs em que estive ali. Nada relacionado à manutenção da higiene porque eu vi mais de uma vez as moças limpando; o problema são os hóspedes mesmo. Muito legal também a recepcionista no check-in confirmar se a gente já conhece o Ibis, pra avisar que o frigobar está desabastecido. Há desavisados que esperam algo. Uma garrafinha de água de cortesia, no entanto, seria muito bom. A cama, mesmo sendo duas de solteiro unidas, nem pareceu ter "buraco". Confortável e sem cheiro de gente, tanto travesseiros quanto a roupa de cama. Chuveiro muito bom também, apesar de eu achar que alguém com um corpo mais robusto pode ter problemas porque o box é pequeno.

O box fica com água empoçada. Não notei e escorreguei. Por ser pequeno não aconteceu nada mais grave, mas é perigoso e pede manutenção. A pessoa que faz a limpeza diária secou o piso (obrigada!!), mas notei que já há uma cor esverdeada no formato da poça, sinal de que não há manutenção. O forro do box também está trincado e pode soltar. A TV realmente é péssima. Só não senti ainda mais como é ruim porque fiquei bem pouco no quarto. Mas a qualidade da imagem é terrível. Não foi a quantidade pequena de canais, mas a qualidade baixa da imagem é inaceitável atualmente. Parece hotel antigo com antena UHF e TV de tubo. E por estar em uma avenida muito movimentada não deu pra perceber a janela antirruído. Eu diria que simplesmente não tem, porque o Styles da avenida Paulista tem e mesmo nos andares baixos o barulho é reduzido.

My home away from home! Love it here, has everything important - quiet, modern, clean, great staff.

By far, the best hotel in Sorocaba I've had the pleasure of staying at. They pretty much thought of everything here. Awesome staff, very helpful and courteous, all speak English quite well. Modern and clean rooms and facilities. Very quiet - nicely sound proofed rooms, didn't hear much traffic outside (I got a room facing away from street), nor any noise from neighbors, nor from others' showers or flushing toilets. Most quiet of any hotel I've stayed at. Climate control heater that actually works! (All other hotels I've been to so far didn't have working heaters. I thought maybe that was done purposely as an industry practice to cut down on utility cost. Apparently not lol) Modern, clean fitness room complete with free weights, weight machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, pads, pull up bar. Large indoor pool, comfortably heated, very clean. Pool has a shallower deck area, great for smaller kids. Delicious breakfast buffet. Location is in one of the safest neighborhoods in Sorocaba. Have extended my original stay because I like it here so much.

While the breakfast buffet was delicious and sufficient, the variety and selection of dishes was limited compared to other hotels. Pool is spacious and inviting, but it's not a lap pool, so not meant for a full swimming workout, more just to play and relax in. Can manage some shorter laps across the width or diagonally when pool is empty. Bidet handle was not functional, so had to turn it on via water handle. Manageable, but seems easy enough to be repaired or replaced. Location is a little out of the way from the city center, not within walking distance.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, nevertheless it didn't match the reviews posted on the site.

We enjoyed the pool quite a bit and also the breakfast was great.

The cleanliness was disappointing! The bathroom was not clean at all, not sure it had been cleaned prior to our stay. There was a lot of mould in the shower, a lot!!!! Furthermore, we found an elastic band for hair from the previous guest hanging in the shower. Another thing, the bed was very noisy with every turn we made.

This is a higher than average IBIS hotel, very clean, with particularly spacious rooms and common areas, good breakfast and service.
