Very good

The location was very good as is in the middle of Verbier. The service was excelent and lounge area is very nice.

The bed was ok but the mattress is a bit hard.

A wonderful place with very kind and friendly staff!

The place is very central and close to the cable car and town center. Everything is within a walking distance. I was there for a cycling event and the hotel had a nice garage for bikes. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. They even accepted to keep my stuff in the room and make it accessible after the race.

It would be great to have a hot water kettle in the rooms.

Great location and fabulous breakfast and staff - but the rooms (and doors!) need serious updating.

Fantastic Breakfast and amazing Lounge next to reception. Perfect location. Really friendly staff (Breakfast Staff especially wonderful). useful on-site car parking is a huge bonus - if you need it. Despite our room (most of the Hotel) facing the road - traffic noises were not particularly intrusive. The small balcony was a nice feature.

I'm 6ft in height (1.83cm) and the Double Bed was much too short - my feet were off the end(!). Pillows and Mattress very uncomfortable and unsupportive. Walls and doors very thin - I could hear the occupant next door using the bathroom at 03.00 hrs in every detail(!). Doors close and open very loudly - almost seems like they're coming into your room! So really not quiet, if other guests come-in during the early hours or get-up early (for transport to the airport). I hardly slept all week. The water pressure in our shower wasn't the best either - sadly we had no bath - perhaps a better option if available for your room type - best check!

for chf300 we had a teeny tiny room, bathroom very small and old fashioned. but the bed was good and it was clean.
