It was a very pleasurable stay! Would book again.

It was in a good location and good value for money Communication was clear, booking in - easy and checking out was easy. Questions and requests answered promptly

Just some personal opinions from our group: Shower was claustrophobic Noisy - we had a small family above us and the children were running around so the thumping was loud Some items were not restocked

Central location and great facilities

Fabulous location walking distance from beach and town. Large room, easily enough space for 2 adults, 2 kids, comfy beds. Online checkin/checkout process was great to save time not having to check in at reception, keyless entry really helpful with multiple people staying in the room. Loved the pool, hot spa, and playground,

Suggest you remove the photos of the old bouncing pillow from the website if this is no longer available

One night to celebrate my daughters birthday. Great location

Location was great, very close to both the.beach and town, the room was clean and tidy. I liked the contactless check in. I thought it was reasonably priced as well.

The place was a little run down, it needs a refurb. There was a hole in the front door where they had replaced the handle, the toilet seat was loose, and the kitchen was missing a few things, it didn’t have a spatula.to cook eggs in the morning.

Really had the best time at Phillip Island and the hotel was awesome. Would love to come again!

The staff at the reception counter is very nice and friendly! He helped us with our stay at Phillip Island a lot. The hotel itself is very good. Location is good too. Walking distance to ferry terminal and supermarkets.

All is good. But not related to hotel, we regret not renting a car for our stay because taxi service is limited and not convenient when booking.

If the staff works a bit on service provided and how they treat their guests, this will great place

Location is very good - it's just seconds to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk to the main strip

1. Room for six people has 2 king beds ready to sleep. two more beds you need to make yourself 2. Room for 6 people has just 1 shampoo 20 ml 3. No shower gel 4. Cot for baby is not assembled (and then you find out it's broken) 5. Staff forgets to send you information how to check in, wifi pass, code for the beach door etc until you come to the reception. Restaurant opened at 6 pm, there was 1 waiter for aprox 15 tables, so it was really slow. And cold! No heating, fireplace in the middle of the hall was not working either :(

Great location, clean room, easy check in and out, thanks.

Location was excellent, very close to the beach and Main Street. Great on-site free parking. The room was a good size for my family of four. I loved the digital check in and room entry, not having to worry about keys.

In a room for four people, I expected four pieces of each crockery, which there was four large plates and four cups however there was only two bowls, two small plates and three wine glasses. The jumping pillow has been closed down and removed, which was disappointing for my young children as it’s still advertised as available and was an appealing feature when we booked.

facilities met our need, receptionists bad and good

spacious two bedroom unit with kitchen and sitting area.

Service quality depends on which receptionist you get. The lady was got in the afternoon were cold and didn’t want to talk to us. when we asked for local recommendation, she didn’t provide any. when we asked about the facility of the room we booked, she made us to check our booking.com record instead of telling us based on the room number we were assigned to. the gentleman we got early evening and the following morning talked with a smile, provided helpful information, and was a pleasure to chat with.

Spa was very dirty needs a good clean and to be updated.Pool also needs to be updated and to be kept cleaner. Room needs a microwave and more towels and a clock.

location was good , staff friendly

requested ground floor - room was upstairs Bed was not comfortable very hard Requested access for tesla charging was told yes but staff were very confused when we arrived with no actual place to have the car charge near where the room was , they gave us a powered camp site which did the job, but wasnt near the room which was a worry for theft breakin etc .
