Buen alojamiento para familia

Aunque tuvimos que esperar de pie para hacer el check in, el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno buffet estuvo muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones insonorizan todo el ruido de la autopista. Los pasillos y habitaciones olían a limpio. Estaba todo ordenado. Hay un mini secador de cabello. Tiene plancha y mesa de planchar Las sábanas estaban impecables. Había buena calefacción

La atención en el restaurant Zafrán no fue amable por parte de uno de los garzones ya que sólo ibamos a solicitar las bebidas de obsequio, sugiero ampliar la variedad de helados particularmente porque habían muchas familias con niños. En la habitación actualizaría las almohadas ya que tenía poco relleno y que el personal de limpieza no haga tanto ruido en los pasillos ya que aún quedaban horas matutinas para descansar. En la mañana, al parecer se había cortado la luz porque se apagó la calefacción y no encendían los artefactos eléctricos. La vista era un edificio de oficinas. El estacionamiento es acotado. La ducha no tiene puerta.

Excelente ubicación cuando se trata de ir al mall tranquilamente y dejar tu auto en el hotel más seguro, los ambientes muy agradables. Las habitaciones amplias, con anterioridad nos quedamos en la suite presidencial y es maravillosa.

En la habitación no nos tocó frigobar y solicitamos la cuna y no la llevaron, creo que se les olvidó pero no fue problema porque las camas son extra grande (superking) y dormimos los 3 sin problemas.

Un muy buen nivel para una actividad ejecutiva; ambientación agradable sin ostentación, personal cálido y eficiente, habitación espaciosa con cama de alto nivel y baño impecable.

Stay during business trip

Service was really good. I have been in severel hotels, and this is the best. Good breakfast, perfect dinner. Many thanks to staff! The staff was very respectful.

Muy buena atención del personal desde el check in al restaurante. Habitaciones cómodas buena cama y ducha, además de bien insonorizadas.

La limpieza de las áreas comunes debe mejorar. Durante los 2 días noches que estuve, las pisadas de botas con barro en los pasillos del piso 4 se mantuvieron. Al desayuno buffet le falta variedad en espacial al pan y agregados salados. Lo demás justo pero bien.

Good Hotel whit potential for better service.

Free parking. Very good breakfast. Big rooms and comfortable beds and great big shower. Close to a big shopping mall and to the Airport.

In my room 320 the AC was not working good and it made a lot of noise so I couldn't sleep well. The gym was not cleaned. No towels no water and there could be a bit more weight for lifting.

Buffet dinner was rich and tasty. Welcome wine was great. Multi choice Shower head was really cool! Parking available

Superb

Nicequiet room, lots of space and a big bathroom. Great place to stay in Concepcion.

First time in years of travelling that I got to a hotel before the official check in time and the staff refused to check me in. They accepted my suitcase at 13:00, but said they couldn't do anything until 14:00, even though there were obviously rooms. Shortly thereafter a whole busload of people showed up and they all had their checkins ready so obviously it WAS possible to check in prior to 15:00. Very poor attaitude from front desk staff, especially from the man with the short grey/blond hair. I wish I had noted his name.
