This room was very Dutch. Directly under the roof, very narrow and steep stairs. Personal decoration. Personnel were helpful over the app/email.
Getting in with all different codes and locks was a pain. Partly due to other locks and boxes which were not involved, even though they could have been. Having (too long) instructions sent on the day of arrival did not exactly help in getting to know them in advance. Felt like an escape room game. Luckily it was daytime. No bus service on Sunday morning (< 9) hours. Could be very hot during summer months.

It was so cosy up in the „Queen Elisabeth“-Room, I slept really well.
And even though the City Center is only a two-minute-bikeride away, it was very quiet.
So I left fully energized to continue my trip not without a friendly message from my host wishing me a safe journey.

Very comfortable bed! And amazing breakfast. It was a very cute B&B

Perfect place with amazing host. Tasty organic breakfast. Nice & tidy room.

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable, however it was extremely small. There wasn't really anywhere to store luggage which was a problem for us as we were on a two week holiday through Holland. Shower was very good but there wasn't a door on the bathroom so you were pretty well washing and toiletting in the bedroom!
Breakfast was very minimal served in a rather cramped room. Biggest shock was finding the property was located on the junction of two very busy main roads. Parking was awkward, in fact access to the property was awkward. Obtaining the key code was a bit of an ordeal.

Breakfast, cleanliness, friendly hosts.
Room 1 was very small, I had a full sized suitcase and a camera bag and they filled the only empty space.
Stairs were steep and narrow. Not easy with a big suitcase.

Electronic check in was OK, but it was important to have a well connected cell phone.
Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.
Room was up two stories of very steep and narrow stairs. Shower was one floor down.
Parking was not easy.

Room small (as advertised).
Breakfast good.
Good value for money.

the owners are very friendly and customer oriented. It's a cosy place with a beautiful garden and nice balcony off one of the upstairs rooms. It was easy to communicate with the owner via message. Breakfast was delicious and the mini bar was well stocked with fruit juice, soda, wine and beer.
That you have to insert a 50 cent coin in the machine for a cup of tea in the evening. Either equip each room with a water boiler and a few tea bags or place one in the kitchenette. Such a small investment would make the stay here perfect!

Everything else was great. The house was spotless, the bedding 5-star hotel quality, modern, beautifully decorated, and a very healthy breakfast. The host is very friendly and accommodating. I LOVED that there was free parking available!!!
There was nothing I didn't like, but if I HAVE to nitpick at something, the movement sensor lights that go on when you move between the bedroom and bathroom is a bit annoying...but I can understand that too.
I also wish I could have a free coffee on arrival.
Oh and we forgot our toothpaste. Really wish there was toothpaste available.
