Female staff at the reception said they are not accepting online booking

Restaurant & parking space

Beds & staff at the reception. I Already paid online($175) but my daughter was told to pay again($175). My son in law wants to use the spa but was told it could not be used anymore.

Excellent facilities,friendly staff, beautiful meals

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Meals through the restaurant was delicious and chef Michael very friendly. Prompt replies to any queries. Rooms are very spacious and value of money. Gym access was very handy. Due to unexpected stay, able to have access to laundry facilities.

Nothing to write about.

Appealing place to stay for a regular traveller

The room was very appealing and seemed very clean which is important for me. The car parks were larger than many and it just made it a pleasant stay . The staff were helpful and welcoming. Wil stay again.

Could really think of any thing I didn't like.

good location between city center and Yarra valley gods restaurent dinning and breakfast BYOW scalable for a modest corking fee nice staff

Friendly staff, good location, value for money Beds were comfortable Free car park The spa was great :)

The night I stayed in, they had a big function in their restaurant and all of the cars were parked in front of the rooms. The function finished around midnight and the noise of the cars living the hotel carpark kept us awake. If you plan to sleep early, maybe check with reception before booking to enquire about big functions in their restaurant.

Okay for the price but too noisy and dirty for me. Not what I expected from a 4 star.

The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. The hotel is good to turn off the main road - easy to find from the freeway. The amenities old but for the most part functional. The room I was upgraded to without extra payment was a lot of room just for me and it was great. The aircon unit was wonderful.

- The TV didn't work clearly - the screen showed big circular marks in the picture. There was no streaming service beyond free tv. - The wifi was extremely patchy and for most of my 2 day stay didn't work at all. - I'm not a "clean freak" but the entire room - particularly the bathroom - was absolutely filthy. The room and bedding had a layer of dust on it. There were ..uhh... white stains ... all over the carpet and chairs. I also don't think the toilet or spa had been cleaned in some time. Even the toilet paper roll they had looked like it had come out of someone's car boot. There was bits of skin plastered to the standing shower area in the spa. I took some pics, but I don't think they made it past the filter. The toilet was stained and had scum at the water line. - The room I was "upgraded" to had its window facing the main road. A road that is a major trucking route and one that the ambulances set their sirens off to advance through the lights on the corner. I did not sleep well. - The restaurant is closed, so no meals are available within the complex.
