Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Einige Gratis-Parkplätze in der Nähe. Vor dem Haus nur 2 Parkplätze für die Zeit des Check In.

Leider keinen Kontakt oder keine Nachfrage vom Personal, ob alles in Ordnung ist/war.

Very good

The loft was great. The view from the window and terrace is excellent. You have to reckon with the fact that sometimes the staff needs to come to you, they have a store with bedding. A tea kettle and mugs were missing, but they lent us everything at my request. The hotel has its own free parking a little further down, but it was almost always occupied. There is a paid parking at 1 min walk next to the police station: 6 euro day and 1 euro night.

LOVE they offer a single supplement, hugely appreciated for those who are solo travellers.

Location only a few minutes from the main road, 10min walk to the train station. Lovely view from the balcony. Room was basic but that's all you need really. Breakfast traditional Austrian, coffee was delicious!! NOTE: BIG PLUS is they offer rooms with a Single supplement. Its very off putting as those solo shouldn't have to pay for 2ppl, 2breakfasts when only 1person is staying. Its feels greedy and I take my business elsewhere. I only wish more properties offered this. Thankyou!!

The smell in the bathroom. Its the pipes and not uncommon for this to happen in lots of different countries, its of no real fault of the owners. Although having a diffuser or something to combat the smell would be helpful. Could upgrade the shower heads, those old handles that sit in the hook are outdated and not easily manoeuvred.

Great experience, I would happily come and stay at Schlafmeile Ebensee again.

Very nice accommodation, great view onto the nice town of Ebensee, very friendly staff and easy check-in process, safe little idyllic town setting, great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, clean room, parking worked out nicely too - you just park around 200m from the hotel near one of the main streets, but you can unload your car front of the hotel, so no issue with that.

I prefer to have a kettle in the room to prepare a drink in the afternoon or evening when you arrive to your room, but on the contrary, there was an option to grab a hot beverage in the breakfast room or a cold beverage in a vending machine for a small fee, so this was a nice option in the end that we used too. In the family studio, be prepared that you have 3 beds in one room and 1 in the other - it was fine for us like that though. Just normally, you would expect the beds to be organized 2+2 in a family room when you come with 2 kids.

Exceptional

Easy to check in late, we just found our key on the reception desk and filled all the papers when were checking out. Breakfast is lovely, a lot to chose from. Worm and cozy in the room.

Everything was great, except Wi-Fi, signal was bad or there were no internet connection. And the view is not exactly to the mountains, there is a shared terras for few rooms and from there you can see mountains, but still great. We didn't appreciate it, because of the rain, but the terras was nice

No hot water, impossible to take a shower. Run the faucet for 5 minutes, the water is barely body temperature. Really needs a dehumidifier. Everything feels wet in the room. Bed, towels, blankets... Very uncomfortable. Cold breakfast. Eating area is cold too. In the mid September, the key word of the whole stay is: cold n damp.

Acceptable stay in a lovely little town near to a lovely lake

Uncomplicated booking and getting rhere, breakfast was ok

there was some sort of plastic on the mattress under the sheet, so we sweat a lot.

A charming old hotel building which has been recently refurbished and looks quite up to date to current quality standards, great breakfast with wider variety of offering, and very nice staff, good location almost everything is reachable in walking distance within Ebensee, also a good destination to make tours in the nearby tourist attractions of the Salzkammergut region

No direct parking spot at the hotel but that was all well communicated upon booking, and hotel has dedicated parking lot in 100 meters from the spot, so one needs to be aware when moving things in an out from the car, of course a small drop-on drop-off parking space is available at the entrance.

The tight and poorly supplied room, lack of amenities and parking were significant disadvantages of this hotel.

Very good standard, location, nice and helpful staff, good brreakfast. Fantastic view from the main window.

Loyout of the apartment- mainly bathroom in the open space separated with kind of cubicle when travelling in 9 person it is not a perfect solution.
