Rooms are good size ....very clean ... All the shops are in walking distance....Staff are very friendly

Great location - Great apartment in general. Great shower pressure and quality bedding used.

Location was great. 2 minute walk from Woolworths and 5 minute drive from Puffing Billy railway. Great bedding quality and good shower pressure.

On arrival, reception was closed and I had to call a number. Was provided a code to retrieve my key. 2 day stay and never say a staff member. Couch was extremely uncomfortable -looked great but felt the springs under the cushion so ended up sitting on the floor.

Great, would stay again and recommend to others

Great accomodation. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and ideal for our needs.

The PowerPoints in the bedrooms could have been more accessible. The bed had to be moved to access them. Also we had young kids sharing a bed and the beds in both bedrooms were really high so it was a bit tricky for our kids to get in and out and we were a bit concerned if they fell out during their sleep.

Nice place, be happy to stay again!

Centrally located, great spot, easily accessible and good parking and roomy rooms!

We stayed two nights, a change of towels would have been nice but to be fair, I didn’t ask and I did hang up them between showers :)

The hosts and staff were so approachable and lovely! The rooms had everything we needed and we really appreciated the access to the smart TV. amazing location - easy parking - close to so many things.

Fantastic, spacious apartment

Very clean large 1 bedroom apartment. There was a dining table to seat 6, large me ving area, great kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Very good value for money. Shall definitely return

Not much sleep

Cleanliness, Location close to get to other places, staff turned on the heater on arrival on a cold day that was nice. very clean. Sofa bed is comfortable and big compared to other places.

NOISE!!! If you get a room on the main road side good luck sleeping, Was pretty much up all night with the traffic noise, 7/11 fuel station loud speaker, workers doing their things at 3am. LSA should consider to redo the windows frames , double glass or just put a small window to reduce noise. No blockout curtains, it was roller blinds and sheer curtain. Main road street lights keeping the room bright. Small Double bed. Bathroom sliding door is annoying slamming to the door frame need new rollers i think, Shower base is really small. Only one thing of small devandale milk in the fridge for 6 people.

Excellent customer service and facilities

Staff were very friendly, they helped me carry all my things up to the room while I herded my kids and a pram up the stairs! Room was very clean and a decent size. Really good water pressure and sound proof rooms, could not hear other guests at all. Check in was smooth and there was ample parking around the property. Location was fantastic, within walking distance to parks, shops, cafes, and public transport I hardly had to take my car out at all. We will definitely be back when we come up next!

TV reception sometimes cut out but I don't blame the hotel for that. Nothing else was unpleasant, for the price I paid, I was very happy
