This accomodation was a bit like a back packers hostel which I had not expected when I booked it. However, the room was compact but clean and the shared bathroom facilities were also very clean. The restaurant downstairs had a nice vibe and all the staff were very friendly.
Nothing to not like once I realised that it was not what I thought I had booked. Saying that I would stay there again.

Close to town
Exceptionally overly outrageously excessive noise very late on Friday night August 30th !! !!!! coming from the pub( six degrees)it was right outside the footpath coming from directly under my bedroom window .. All the very loud drinkers from 6 degrees were going off outside the undercover gazebo area set up by six degrees for diners and drinkers .. it was a horrible experience while trying very hard to sleep ..but cannot...this lets the accommodation down very badly..I will probably never sleep here in 6 degrees again because of this... major problem and huge issue here ..1 point for trying to sleep out of ten ..I will probably not recommended 6 degrees to anyone!!! 😥I had room 20 and left bitterly disappointed 😪

Good location, clean bathrooms comfy beds
Shame about the noise, we were warned about the band beforehand though and given ear plugs

Location is great. We have stayed here before.

The location was great. You get what you paid for.
The showers had toilet paper all over the floor, and there was a high-pitched noise in the corridor that went off every 10 minutes. I've stayed here a few times, and this was the first time this has happened.

Great value for money: cheaper than a hostel private room yet cleaner and more private. Good location opposite the bus and train station. Comfortable bed and room. Clean, good sized shared bathroom with hot water (equivalent to a good campsite bathroom block). Small kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave, sufficient for breakfast, takeaway and reheating meals. More of a gastropub downstairs than I was expecting. I experienced only low level noise that didn't keep me awake: more from the beer garden outside than the bands inside.
The box rooms are small, fine for a single person but it would be a squeeze for a couple with luggage. Decor in the room could be improved: some patches that need repainting etc.

Reception really efficient and welcoming.
Rooms are really comfortable

quite on the second floor
toilets far away from the room. just one toilet for the whole floor, cold showers, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no hairdryer, when they said that they have. super small room, so much smaller than the photo. it would be better if at least they were pet friendly. doesn’t say anything on the website and my partner and my dog needed to sleep in another place because they didn’t allow me to cancel either.

The hotel location
There is no air circulation in the room. It's already bad when it's summer with no air conditioning but hotel only provide a tiny table fan which serve no purpose.
