Personnel très agréable. Nous étions sur REIMS pour la course. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons dans de bonnes conditions de course. Nous avons pu garder notre chambre au delà de l'horaire pour bénéficier d'une douche avant notre départ. Super sympa

Clean, comfortable room in a cosy hotel, located close to train and tram. Great breakfast included.

Great location close to both train and tram. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and good selection of TV programmes, including some English-speaking ones, which makes a big difference if you don't speak French.

Only thing available on the hotel's blackboard menu was pizza, which tasted like cardboard. The notel wasn't easy to find, with no branding or name posted outside.

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding ligt goed

Toen wij aankwamen werden wij vriendelijk begroet door de mevrouw die de check-in regelt. Het was wel even wennen en kijken omdat mevrouw aan een bar tafel zat en daar de check-ins regelt. Dit ging er snel en werd ook vriendelijk gedaan en bij nader inzien, vind ik het ook een veel vriendelijkere instelling om de check-in minder formeel te doen

De airco bij ons op de kamer deed het niet goed en dat was wel jammer doordat wij juist dit verblijf hadden gekozen voor de airco en zijn goede ligging. De kamer en de badkamer was echt super klein. Dit was overigens wel bekend bij ons.

Boa localizaçao, bom atendimento, bom cafe da manha. O hotel tem uma decoraçao descolada e oferece happy hour. Otimo custo beneficio.

Os quartos sao bem pequenos e, talvez por causa do carpete, nao temos total segurança sobre a limpeza.

Wanneer we ooit terugkeren naar de streek boeken we zeker opnieuw op die lokatie.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, genoeg keuze voor een lekker ontbijt, heel gezellige bar in foyer van hotel met mogelijkheid tot nuttigen van een afsluiter na bezoek aan het centrum.

For the simple traveler who enjoys a more informal setting, with ample breakfast and a resident bar.

This place is exactly halfway between a hostel and a hotel, with basic rooms and baths, but clean and well provisioned. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was generous even in French terms with breads, eggs, fruit, cereal, cheese and coffee/tea.

The bath was quite small, which is common in less expensive European hotels. Plan your shower to work triangular space. A little more lighting would have been helpful.

L'insonorisation Du bruit jusqu'à 2H du matin dans l'une des chambres voisines Peut-être rappeler les règles de la vie en communauté! J'ai 2 chiens et on ne les entend pas! Hôtel qui accueille beaucoup de groupes et c'est parfois pénible au petit-déjeuner car on ne trouve pas de place et on doit attendre Peut-être faire en sorte que tout les groupes ne descendent pas en même temps

J'ai aimé l'emplacement et la literie

Le dérouleur de papier toilette arraché du mur chambre 402 je trouve cela scandaleux, la moquette est juste dégoutante et le bac de douche n'était pas des plus propre non plus. En résumé pour 142€ ce n'est pas la proximité avec la gare qui justifie un prix aussi élevé pour des prestations aussi nul. Je ne retournerais pas dans cet hôtel et je le déconseillerais à mes amis et à mes collaborateurs.

Excellent value for money overall and does what it says with friendly staff, good breakfast and central location.

Accommodate late check in - we arrived very late at 2am and were warmly welcomed. Breakfast offers everything you need and is generous. Comfortable and clean. beds. Despite being in very central location close to station, it was quiet and didn’t hear any train noises. Parking option is great and helpful. They also stored our bike for us in their storage room overnight. Fun decor in main lobby and a piano there too if you’re musical and want to practise entertaining an audience!

Nothing major. Rooms are quite small and a little tired but very clean and functional. The excellent value for money and central location outweigh any negatives.

We had a great time here, was too short (only one night) but we will be coming back.

Great facility, friendly staff. Great design and feel. The reception area was welcoming, great to have pool table and lounge area to relax in. Location was great for coming in on the train.

my first room smelled terrible I had to change room but the staff was acomodating. Breakfast was so so, the quality of bred and croisant was disputing for a French location.

The location was what we wanted - close to the train station but also the the center of the city. The hotel allowed us to store our bags early so we could go out exploring before the room was ready.

The room and bathroom were very small, a size that I would expect for a bigger city, like Paris, but not a smaller city like Reims.

A great location right beside the station. Lovely breakfast (gluten free bread and soya milk available) and nice bar area. Helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable

The parking spot of the train station is right behind the hotel and the daily prices were quite ok. The hotel is very close to the station. It is just a minute walk.

The closets were too small - almost non-existent. The number of towels was never sufficient: either only 1 hand towel or no feet towel.
