Localisation parfaite, vue exceptionnelle et personnel adorable!

Gentillesse du personnel, ils nous ont même upgradé car ils n’avaient plus de lit double disponible dans notre catégorie de chambre. la piscine et le bar (cocktails excellents) sont incroyables avec une vue sur la cathédrale juste impressionnante, espaces dont on a pu profiter même après le checkout !

Petit bemol, nous avions la chambre juste en-dessous de la terrasse et le personnel a déplacé le mobilier de la terrasse des 8-9 heures du matin sans trop prêter attention au bruit qu’ils pouvaient faire

Very modern city hotel with a stunning view and amazing staff!

-) The staff is amazing and they made sure that your stay is incredible! They do everything to make you feel comfortable and to have a perfect stay! It was a pleasure being hosted in such a professional and friendly way. -) The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It is in the most beautiful area of Cadiz and you will have a stunning view from their rooftop. -) The room itself was a highlight. They have a smarthome integration in the room, so it is very easy to pair your phone with the soundsystem/TV on your room. -) The room and the hotel was super clean!

The rooftop itself was a bit noisy as they have a maintenance facility room up there but that didn’t bother us. We had a kind of small issue/smell in the room. The kitchen smell from the neighbors restaurant came into our room from time to time; the staff immediately helped us and was so super friendly with their support.

Un hotel que sorprende gratamente

Todo en este hotel ha sido perfecto, desde la ubicación en la misma plaza de la catedral, la habitación también ha sido estupenda está todo muy nuevo y cuidados los detalles. El personal amable a más no poder desde la chica que me atendió en recepción hasta el personal que trabajaba por allí . La terraza en la planta superior nos encantó también por sus vistas a la ciudad ,tomarte alli algo es sencillamente espectacular. Y por último el desayuno en el restaurante no es tipo bufet sino a la carta, sinceramente de los mejores que me he encontrado. Repetiría sin dudarlo

La decoración e iluminación de la habitación es muy bonita, aunque un poco de más luz en el baño le vendría muy bien

Great location, tasteful interior, great food

Great location, amazing to have the small pool on the rooftop. Great restaurant downstairs, very friendly staff.

Our room was on the 4th floor, next to the cocktail bar. Wouldn’t recommend these rooms as there was a lot of noise coming from the people entering/leaving the bar, slamming the door, talking loud, etc.

Delicious and unexpected surprise - go for it !!

Unique & surprising hotel that you would not expect in a colonial city. Small, intimate, calm and delicate - for the relaxing moments that one always needs when traveling. Beautiful rooms and amenities, spectacular terrace with a bar and an amazing view at the cathedral. Food is great at the restaurants. All in all - highly recommend !!

Delightful

Location is perfect, in the heart of Cathedral Square. Room was big and clean. Complimentary coffee in the morning was a delightful surprise.

Everything good here. There's nothing I'd change about this hotel. We were backpacking through this region and it was a great place to spend a few nights.

At least the staff was nice to make our 2 glasses of wine on the house when we shared our dissapointment about the pool

The location and the view from the room with the view with the Cathedral was beautiful.

Not all but some of the staff was arrogant when you tired to describe your dissapointments. The pool has nothing to do with the pictures. When we went it was empty and it was super dirty, we couldn't take pictures with the view and honestly from their roof top there is no such view as seen in the pictures.

Good location, but too many faults for us to return too.

Great location directly opposite the Cathedral, with many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach. For convenience, a bar and restaurant were located on the ground floor of the hotel, though we decided to venture out instead. Good value for its location and very helpful staff.

Rooms were clean, but hairdryer and even basics such as drinking glasses were missing. The staff did provide these when asked. It was also very cold on the first night, and we couldn't get the Aircon/heater unit to work to heat up the room. The following morning we told reception and were told it wasn't working, so we got extra blankets instead! No kettle in room, which meant having to go out for all hot drinks. We didn't pay for a room with a view, but the view over the overgrown courtyard and derelict building opposite was particularly disappointing.

The location is brilliant. staff super nice. balcony on the square was my favorite of the whole trip. room quite comfortable. best places are on this square. just lovely nice lift.
