Fabulous!

The staff is very kind. We were allowed to check in early. The room was fabulous, very modern and clean. The location is great - right next to the funicular that takes you down to Isola Bella. Also highly recommend checking out the restaurant on the roof - amazing food and cocktails!

The A/C could not keep up with the heat, but this is understandable as it was the middle of a heatwave with 39 degrees outside.

Good

Even though an uphill walk to the centre, the hotel was in a good spot. Rooms clean and air-conditioned.

*Poor amenities *Limited food and service options, really needed to go to the centre for coffee and food *Staff was not very helpful and limited. No one to help with luggage and didn't open until 10 am. *It's more like a motel

I would come back and stay at this Hotel.

Location was excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable.

When we arrived reception said that they did not know the cable car was not working. We parked our vehicle at the bottom of the cable car and had to take a taxi to the hotel. I find it impossible that reception didn't know the cable car had not been working as this was the case for most of the winter. On top of this they did not know the schedule for the Shuttle bus to the parking lot. I'm not sure if anyone knows this.

Superb

We liked the location. Parking was close to the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Trattoria da Nino a close by restaurant recommended by the hotel, is one of the best in restaurants in Sicily.

All 3 receptionists very helpful with restaurant/activity bookings. Modern and clean.

bathroom smelt through the sink and found bugs in the sink, shower did not work well and wouldn’t stay up. bed was really hard and not comfortable

Location was great. So close to the old town but not exactly inside where the cars could not get in anyway. Although close to a major road, we could not hear much noise at all. Also very close to the funicular to goto the beach. The hotel is modern and offers a good range of continental and hot breakfast. Staff were helpful too.

Poor

Located between two main roads, with heavy noise and exhaust fumes, windows could not be opened. The noise was unacceptable and made for a very difficult stay. I think the hotel should notify the noise level.

Hotel with a good location of modern style. Very comfortable for 4 adults if you choose family room. Close to all Taormina attraction ( including cable car) and parking. We liked it very much staying there.

Good stay with everything you might want

The location was very good not far from the main street restaurants etc. The room was quite very spacious with a spacious balcony/terrace, quiet with a nice design. Next to the hotel was a multi-storey car park so it was easy to park a car if you find a free spot.

If I compare everything then the breakfast was a very "default". They could be a bit more interesting with more varieties of products etc. Coffee from the machine was not good. But otherwise they were ok.

Great staff and amazing view

Room with a great view. Close to the main area and close to the cable car access to get down to the beach. The staff were fantastic and gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a fruit platter after our room was slightly (30mins) late for checkin. It was not a big deal at all, but the staff handled it so well it made us feel so welcome!

Great location to walk the town

The property was great, you could walk to a lot of places and not need a car. If you can request a room higher in the property do it to help with reducing the noise from the road. The bar area and sit down space is very nice. Bathroom was a good size and the AC was refreshing. Overall great place to stay!

Parking is tricky and if you can get parking earlier in the day, I would recommend it.
