die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen; geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Schöner Frühstückssaal. Zuvorkommende Unterstützung zum Finden von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Geschichtliche interessante Hinweise.

Hätten wir noch stornieren können, wären wir sehr schnell wieder weg gewesen!

Sah leider alles nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Fotos, seltsam gelegen, im 4. Stock eines Hauses das eher aussieht wie ein Wohnhaus, schlacht zu finden, da von außen kaum angeschrieben. Könnte deutlich sauberer sein, Frühstück auch eher mittelmäßig. Vor allem die Zimmertüren sind sehr seltsame Holzplatten zum schieben, wirken nicht sehr sicher. Für eine kurze Nacht war’s ok, aber länger auf keinen Fall. Betten sind extrem unbequem und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten mal erneuert werden, alt und nicht mehr richtig sauber.

Ambienti molto curati...arredato con grande cura e raffinatezza. Personale e proprietario disponibili e preparati. Colazione molto buona con deliziose torte casalinghe. Posizione ottima per tutto.

Essendo un palazzo storico ovviamente il bagno è un po' datato ed i segni del tempo ci sono...da cambiare assolutamente il tappeto del bagno: troppo piccolo e utilizzato da troppo tempo

The building is very well positioned, near Porto Antico (Old Port) and also near Centro Storico (Old Town). The rooms are positioned at the fourth floor (4 piano). Since our arrival, the host behaved very professionally, he explain to us where (and how) to visit the most important locations in Genova by highlighting them on a physical map. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The breakfast was served in the upper floor (attic), a very large and stylish chamber. Besides a breakfast that contained basic elements, we were surprised with two different types of delicious home made cakes. Last but not least, the guest was constantly interested if we were okay and if there was anything else he could do for us. At the moment we checked out, he offered to ordered us a car to drives us back to the airport. In conclusion, tutto bene!

Very good

Location was very nice. A lot of nice places to visit which are near the rooms. Communication was awesome, while we have some traffic jams and we were a late to pick up the keys.

Parking is not included. There is a public parking near by, which is not too expensive.

Very weak AC, small WC, no mirror in the room, just small one in the toilet, breakfast could be better - mostly sweet options. Furniture needs to be fixed

Location is fabulous but ask for directions before going.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Location is fabulous, just VERY hard to find. It is right next door to a pharmacy. It has a black gate and small brass plaque with name on wall next to it. You have to ring buzzer to go in. Breakfast room and staff lovely!

The room had a smell so opened windows.

A not-to-be repeated experience

The strategic central location.

The room was small and felt overall bleak. There were large yellow stains on the bed’s headboard and a dankness smell in the room. While lifting up the duvet on the bed, we saw the dust floating up. There were no night tables but only very small shelves, whose purpose there was hard to grasp. The room’s windows were facing Genova’s Strada Sopraelevata and it would have been nice to know this beforehand, if mentioned in the room’s description, while booking it. Lastly, the breakfast did offer some cakes, although for a buffet one the food & drinks selection was extremely limited..I found astonishing that there were no water glasses, but only big cups placed on the tables, no real bread, but toast bread only..in Italy!! Very baffling was also the tables disposition in the breakfast room..three big communal tables, regardless of privacy and social distancing. We felt what we paid was not commensurate to the service we got.

Breakfast was very good. Super central location. The windows kept out the noise of the busy street very well.

No soap in the bathroom, not even hand-soap. Bathroom and room in general really need renovations. Photos make the rooms look prettier than they are. Parking was a nightmare. Finally decided to park at the Parkhouse Marina in the garage. It was 5 Minute walk from the hotel, cost 15€/day and was worth every cent.

Lovely Stay

Our room was lovely and beautifully furnished/decorated. The location was perfect and the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant. The homemade cake at breakfast was delicious also. I would definitely recommend staying here!

What a nice surprise I found in Genoa. A room that took me back in time, bellissimo. Very comfortable bed. I loved the breakfast, served in the upstairs room, all of it with refinement. The host very kind. I recommend.

Such a stunning hotel!

Location is perfect, right in the historical centre and not far from the train station. I landed late, so I had self check-in, the instructions for which were exceptionally detailed and clear. The hotel is an old palace and the room is beautiful. Excellent Wi-Fi and amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Everything was above our expectations. First of all, the structure is located right in the middle of the City Center, two steps away from the aquarium and 5 minutes walking from the cathedral. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and soft and the property was super nice and available for every request.

Very nice comfortable rooms and fantastic location.

Great location and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The air conditioner in our room while set at 17C did not cool the room down enough. There was a portable dehumidifier set up in the room so maybe it was a temporary problem with the air conditioning/heat pump unit. Other than that room was comfortable and very clean.)
