A fantastic holiday in a brilliant apartment.

The Ionion apartments are an excellent place to stay. A family run business with great attention to detail. One of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in. Beds & towels changed every few days and apartment cleaned daily ( always at our convenience) The pool was fantastic - very clean & spacious. The owners run it themselves & are very friendly & helpful. Always available if required.

We liked everything.

Probably very good for families! Not for single women. Clean and nice pool area.

To far away from center. Couldnt use towels at the swimmingpool. No windows just one slidedoor that couldnt be locked with moschitoprevention. Having an open door at night doesnt feel safe for a female travelling alone. Electricitywires openly visible. It looked like they just hang the towel that was put on the floor up again (?)

Pleasant

The place was around 15 min walk from the port and restaurants. There was nobody at the pool for the entire duration The breakfast was good

If you don't have high expectations you might feel OK here. However here are some things i didn't like: The apartment had exposed pipes and electrical wires The towels were not clean, one of them even had a hole in it There was barely any furniture in the apartment and the stuff that was there was old and dirty. For example the cover on the sofa was at least 15 years old and full of holes. Only one set of tiny shower gel and shampoo bottles were provided for 4 guests for 8 days There is no reception since this is a family business, however someone was there to help us in max 10-15 min when needed. Upon departure there was no secure storage available for our luggage so we were told to just leave them outside by the door.

Nice apartment, great price located a 10 minute walk away from town.

Breakfast was massive and very tasty. Apartment was large. Pool out back is nice. Balcony out back is enjoyable. Host was very kind and helpful.

Need to preface this review with the fact we were having an awful two days and our tolerence for stuff going wrong was at an all time low. No heating, (at least we couldn't figure out how to use it). Shower head broke on me when I was using it. 9 minute walk from the main town of Nydri.

Exceptional

Very beautiful apartment, friendly hosts, breakfast was delicious. Apartment is close to bars and shops and the port area, but still very quiet. I had to check-out early to catch my plane, that was no problem. Cooking facilities were nice, big fridge, large oven, I was able to cook some nice meals.

The owner has been very nice to us , the apartament has been cleaned every single day ,new towels and new sheets when requested , very good very nice! Thank you!

Disappointing

Nice pool.

Mattress was terrible, very hard couldn't sleep all night, everything else was ok. Good location nice pool, I think we got the non renovated one because the rest looked nice.

Very good

the stuff was superfriendly and kind, they were present on site almost all the time and very helpful anytime we needed something and kept the accommodatin tidy and clean. The pool is a big benefit given the fact that it is quite a walk to the beach. Having two separate bedrooms and two toillets is also very appreciated by familly with two kids. Nidri is a cool lively town with lot of bars and restaurants but the accommodation is in a very quiet area. 5 mins walk to the city.

the kitchen appliances and utentsil vere not the best ones. No MW, oven not working, bad and scratched frying pan. although you can reach the port by 5 mins walk, the beach is not that close. It's at least 10 mins or even more with kids. The beach is very narrow and if you are late you can have a problem to rent the sunbed. you might end up walkin to the very end. If you rent a car there are definitelly much nicer beaches in the vicinity of Nidri with up to 15 mins drive you can reach really beautifull places. or you might consider renting a boat or use some of the boat trips services.

Fantastic family accommodation

Very spacious, 3 large balconies, air conditioned, fantastic daily cleaning. Friendly hosts. Quiet pools even in the height of summer. Delicious breakfast available for 5 euros, slightly set back from the main town, but only a 10 minute walk to the port, many shops, restaurants etc.

Lots of space, lovely pool

Big split level apartment with three balconies (which is surprisingly useful as one is always in the sun!) Decent kitchen, great air-con and blackout shutters. The pool is lovely. The owners are good at communicating, and clean the apartments every day, which was a nice surprise. It's maybe a five minute walk into town, to a great bakery and supermarket. I would stay again if I was in Nidri.

Good location, fantastic rooms with good air condition

Absolutely fantastic rooms. We had a two storey enormous apartment, very good beds, fantastic air condition, cleaning every day, spotless apt, nice clean pools. Hotel was nearly empty, so breakfast was served to the room every day (omelettes, bacon, croissants, youghurt, cheese, cold cuts, coffee, tea, juice...) . No noise during the night. Still the center was just few minutes walk...

Very good

We spent here just one night but we were satisfied. We got what we expected. There was enough space and equipped kitchen in out apartment. It is not far from city center. There is also swimming pool.

I have nothing to complain about in such a short time.

We were very impressed about the cleaning. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They cleaned every day our apartment, changed the towels. One night before we left, they brought us a bottle of local wine as a gift. If we ever come back, we will definitely come back here.
