The hotel grounds look like they could be nice in season. The room was spacious.
Based on the listing on booking.com, I was led to believe this was a lovely boutique hotel with a restaurant, pools, jacuzzi, spa services and more. However, on the day of my arrival, the restaurant was closed, both pools were closed, the jacuzzi was closed, there were no spa services, and the heating didn't come on until 7 pm. I appreciate that properties may change what they offer in the off-season, but that should have been indicated in the listing.

The Hotel itself is very spacious. Ample parking space. Rooms were clean and big. Staff was excellent. The facilities included in the price was great. Restaurant ambience was superb. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Had issues with hot water in the room but staff fixed it. Also hot water swimming pool had some issues initially but again was fixed it right away. Food options were limited in restaurant but didnt bother that much.

I have written a full review below
First of all, it does not look like a derelict hotel as some reviews said. The hotel is pleasent to arrive to, there is a nice sign.
That's almost where the good things stop....
Imagine your great grandma's house and then imagine it hasn't been properly cleaned since she was alive. The place must have been very impressive many years ago - it's a shame that the dust has been building up since then.
We were in the 'suite' so we paid extra... the positives are that the room was very large. The bed was a good size. This gave the large spider that greeted us a nice space to run around on. There was a lot of space in the room, high ceiling. Grandma would have liked the decor. Dated - but fine.
The fridge contained 2 champagne glasses and that was it. No complimentary water - or non complimentary water... there were one thousand tea bags but no kettle or tea cups. The bathroom was disappointing - in a 'suite' - one would imagine a decent bathroom but this was very basic. However the water was very hot, so they got a point to there.
The grime on the railing of our balcony gave some great antique vibes, and that was complimented nicely by the huge wasps nest above the front door. The dirt and grime in general in the hotel is deeply ingrained.
The weather was beautiful. The sun loungers were fine. The pool looked like it hadn't been touched for renovation since Gatsby was found floating in it. The paint is coming off the bottom and looks a bit like a zoo enclosure for the penguins. A woman was swimming in it and seemed fine - I didn't see her the next day so I am not sure if she survived.
There is an inside 'spa' area with a pool and a jacuzzi. Legionaires disease is no joke so we decided not to go in the hot tub however this area did look bright and inviting with good quality chairs. Just don't look too close. We did not explore the further spa options as the prices for the massages were too steep.

Nice place, helpful staff.
Guests next door were playing loud music late.too noisy.

The facility has a lot of potential, but looks like a run down/abandoned resort. Very different from photos.
We booked three rooms - upon arrival, we were told that there was a "toilet explosion" and that we could only have two rooms. We squeezed our group into two rooms, only to learn that there was no hot water. We also were promised a refund for third room we never were able to stay in and we never received our refund, despite numerous attempts to contact the property and booking.com. And, they offered no concessions for our troubles! Very disappointing experience. Shocked that I had to pay for rooms that we literally did not stay in due to their plumbing issues.

The ambiance is nic
The WiFi does not work AT ALL. Zero bars in the rooms but even in public spaces hardly worked. Food was deeply mediocre and over priced. Really oversold the photos

Convenient location and nice staff at very reasonable price. Pool setting is lovely too, as is breakfast. they also have a secure parking area
very limited menu but they will probably expand as the Chilean summer approaches and they are farther away from COVID. place is a little tired and looks better in photos

Convenient restaurant with really nice live violin music the evening we ate there. The location of the hotel is a little odd (feels like you are in an industrial park area), but is really easy to get to the local Casablanca wineries.
The lead-up to the stay was a bit odd (the hotel tried to cancel our reservation a few weeks out from our trip), but we later learned a room was available and they were instead hosting a large wedding celebration on one night of our trip. That took some time to resolve, but kind of clouded the trip (the music was pretty loud until 4AM and the restaurant, unbeknownst to us, was closed that evening so we had to go to a roadside restaurant for any food). Bring your own water, none is provided in the room to drink and the WiFi does not extend to every room / part of the hotel.

Location is Ok to visit the Cabanas wineries.
This is not a wine & spa resort.
No wine list at all. choice between one regular Sauvignon Blanc, one Chardonnay and one Carmenere, served by servants that are almost surprised you ask for a wine with the dinner or lunch.

Very good and useful facilities, the attention of the very good staff, especially the girls of the restaurant.
Could further improve cleaning. I did not like to see cigarette butts scattered everywhere, especially if there are children.

All facilities were nice if a bit dated. Very nice common/pool area. Not the nicest immediate surroundings (although does not matter when by the pool) but 10 minute away from world call vineyards. Great staff.
Some cleaning and basic maintenance would drastically improve the facilities. Rooms a bit dated. Unfortunately (and ironically), the restaurant has a limited wine selection. Not many local options.

Nice breakfast but I it is hard to think they distribute 1 bread by person.
Building needs to be fixed, walls in the bathroom are incomplete
Rooms are very cold, and the system didn´t work as expected
Problems with hot water, one morning I took shower with cold water
We booked "vinoterapia" but it was cancelled because they had an issue
A lot of facilities need maintenance
PRoblems with hot water, heating system didn´t work so the room was very cold, some people don´t use mask

No wifi. Not very clean. Noisy with the day visitors. Nobody on the premises during the night
