Good value for money, excellent rooms

Excellent standards, style and service. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the centre near the Lake. very easy walking distance to Old Quarter. it has excellent curb appeal with some very good restaurants within a minutes walk.

フロントスタッフの英語力が高くて、込み入った相談もできた。良かったので延泊して３日間宿泊したが、朝食ブュッフェが毎日少しずつ変化していた。オムレツも焼いてくれる。屋上のバーはベトナム料理以外にピザやステーキなどもあり、気分転換できた。ハッピーアワーで2杯分で4人が飲めた。外の席は暑そうだったが、屋内の席はクーラーが効いていて快適だった。早い時間だったからか、静かに過ごせた。

Beautiful hotel, if ye fancy a bit of luxury, lovely breakfast

A beautiful property with v friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast, amazing staff. Great tv, lots of channels, app tv, netflix etc..

Wonderful.

This hotel was beautiful. Very aesthetic,rooms are spacious and clean. They clean our rooms daily, change our towels daily too. The food served at breakfast tasted delicious, I truly enjoyed it. There were lots to choose from Vietnamese cuisine to western cuisines. Location was perfect, walking distance to the lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral may be around 5 mins walk or less, and to more popular tourists spots. Would recommend this place.

great stay amnd enjoy.

我们夫妻两人在河内旅游。饭店靠近剑湖。走几步就到了湖边。很热闹。饭店早点种类可以，饭店服务态度很好。还有小伙子给开门，讲解房间物品注意事项。大堂可以。订的有市景的房间。窗户看去，外面建筑高低不齐，看出河内原生态。订房需要有窗户。周围两个小饭馆，有服务员会说中文，很热情，路过主动打招呼。周围还有披萨店。很多的按摩店和满路的摩托车超出想象。旅行社好几个，可以换越南币，可以订周边游。转天来车接。我们去了下龙湾。号称水上桂林。值得一去。越南旅游区欧美人太多了。越南人摩托拉四口人，一家子。看起来很幸福的样子。不好的地方，最后一天退房说少了面巾。实际上他们忘记给房间放了。需要相信旅客。总体体验很好。价格稍贵。可以接受。越南还回去去。机票太便宜了。

The perfect home base for your Hanoi adventure

Location is perfect, near the lake in the old quarter. Specious room, super friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Rather quiet street at night. Some nice spa/massage places close by.

Best room I've ever stayed in.

Very quiet rooms, Very beautiful room. Lovely staff, smiling faces. The towels even smelt like perfume.... Loved it...

A second coffee machine in breakfast would be perfect....

An Experience!

Based in the centre of town very close to everything. Easy to walk everywhere you need to be, with lots of bars & resturants. Little bits of local history too if you want to do that. The Breakfast in hotels, is something we normally steer well clear of. However they had a good choice of Vietnamese & European Food. Even the coffee was good! However stick to the standard and not the local coffee unless you are a big lover of Coconut ;-)

The local traffic is Insane! They will mount the pavement take a short cut, they will jump lights and they will not stop for you! Take care or get a local to help you accross the rd!

Great visit in Hanoi

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet, shower worked fine. They have in-house spa and massage options at an acceptable price. Breakfast was ok, hotel is good located in the old quarter and comfortable to walk in the nearby area. They offer reliable transfer service with the airport. Laundry and currency exchange services in the same street. Several ATMs, restaurants and a couple of mini-market in the close area. We had a good time and would most likely repeat if we visit Hanoi again.

In general no issues at all. Our room had no window, we were aware when booking and had no issue with it, but recommend double-checking in case it might be an issue for other travellers.

Amazing hotel, a bit expensive though

An amazing hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was fantastic, very spacious. Breakfast was absolutely superb. Great location right in the center of old town.

A bit pricy. Other hotels of similar standard in Hanoi would charge you less.

only negative was the taxi they called for us to take us to the airport was a bit of a scam. it was supposed to be a 300,000 dong ride for 30km and the ride was exactly 30km but the driver argued and said the total was much higher.

I have stayed at the Hanoi Pearl twice now and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

The staff at the Hanoi Pearl are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out if their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location in the old quarter very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and good restaurants is fantastic. The rooms are extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean.

very good location, easy to get around any attractions

To be fair, we were there during holiday season, probably there was a short of staff. Our rooms were missing towels, we had to call twice and waited. When a staff brought the towels, she insisted to check on the bathroom to make sure. well, i didn’t want to make a fuss at that time. but actually, it was very rude, unacceptable.

Hotel is good, unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users

The Hanoi Pearl is located in the middle of the Old Quarter. First attractions can be reached within a few minutes. Our room was very clean, breakfast and food from the restaurant are very good. Special praise to the staff - room cleaning is impeccable. The staff in general is helpful and polite.

We were looking for a hotel that was "wheelchair accessible", where the Hanoi Pearl actually meets all the criteria according to this website. However, this is not the case. There is no ramp into the hotel and also the bar and the gym on the top floor are only accessible via a long staircase. Not even a mobile ramp is available. Very unfortunate. The view of the "old town" is just the view of the hotel across the street.

Hoi An Heart Lodge captured the hearts of us as travellers! We loved the family-run element of here.

Fantastic, custom-made breakfast ✔️ Attentive and friendly service from the whole family ✔️ Extra touches; e.g. refills of tea, recommendations, taxi bookings ✔️

I cannot think of any improvements for the way Heart Lodge is run (Mat asked if I had any which is in itself great that they want to continuously improve!)

My suitcase did not turn up at Hanoi Airport I was stressed out as my medication was in my suitcase Jimmy helped me out

The hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi just perfect for me walking out of the hotel and the real Vietnamese Life is instantly there everything I can ask for, excellent hotel staff, from the cleaning maids to the staff who ran the breakfast area to the receptionists to the door men I couldn’t have asked for more 😊

Location was great! The doorman a young lad ,so smiling and great service. Wasn't there when we where leaving to tip him .see ya next year.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of town

The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Thanks again, Jimmy!
